    He gasped for air like he was suffocating, as if he had been sinking underwater, as Geto shot up in bed. He stared ahead at the bedroom door, eyes wide like a night owl as he tried to catch his breath. Geto could feel the sweat dripping down the back of his neck, coating his chest and dampening his t-shirt, sticking strands of loose black hair to his skin.
