Work Text:
Joanna Beauchamp didn’t always mind a rainy day. Not when she could stay inside and stay dry… but she tended to worry about her sister. Wendy Beauchamp loved the rain, often staying out just long enough to get sick… unless she bothered to stay in cat form… which was rare.
Today, of course, Wendy was sick, soaked through and shivering. Joanna had moved quickly to dry her clothes, tucking Wendy into her own bed for once and trying her best to keep her sister warm even as she knew luck had run out. Now, of course, she slipped into the bed herself, pulling Wendy closer and stroking still slightly damp hair.
“One day you’ll listen to me…”
“My big sister, always such a worrier…”
Wendy mutters the words, nestling closer and relaxing at Joanna’s amused laugh.
“Says the little sick bug…”
“You love me anyways.”
“Of course I do, you’re my sister… my stubborn, stubborn sister.”
