   Summary

   The year is 1783 and Abigail Kirkland, or rather now known as Abigail Jones, is now fully recognized as an independent nation. Yay. In honor of such a milestone, and an excuse to mock England loosing, France throws a party for Abigail, and various other nations to celebrate the new Treaty of Paris being signed. Unfortunately, Abigail seems to not be enjoying herself, preferring to turn to bittersweet memories of times with her father.
