There was a witch from a coven who knew these vampire twins. She grew up with them, they both were also very rich. One day, her mom died in a carriage accident (oh and did i mention that the girl is Will Cipher's illegitimate daughter?) Her mom became the vampire queen because Will could do he wants before meeting the twins, so he made her queen of what she's become. Her mom wanted Dipper to bite Christina too make her the heir of vamp. kingdom. Does he bite her or does he not?
