After getting to nowhere with usual treatment in the Theraprism, the Axolotl decides to try different method- sending Bill as a human back to Earth so he could make up for his wrongdoings and get fully redeemed in a different form and in a different place. This form though, resembles parts in Bill's past he tried to forget.
Now fully human, Bill has to deal with both old and new emotions, while trying to make amends with those on Earth- and beyond.

Summary
After getting punched in the eyeball by Stanley Pines, transported back to the beginning of the summer of 2012, and shoved into Dipper Pines’s mind for eternity by the Axolotl, Bill Cipher successfully managed to start Weirdmageddon again despite the challenges of mind controlling a very stubborn and smart twelve year old while his twin sister did everything in her power to stop him. But an invisible barrier around Gravity Falls is getting in his way, and the only person who knows how to break it ran out of town with Stan and Mabel.
On the other side of things, life isn’t going well for the Pines family. Fate is keeping Mabel in California with her parents where she has to deal with the growing tensions between them and her failed attempts to get back to Gravity Falls. Stan and Ford are living out of a Ford truck while they search for a way to free Dipper from Bill. Dipper’s still possessed by a demon determined to turn him into Bill 2.0- don’t be ridiculous, Pine Tree’s fine! Oh, and Soos and Wendy are just trying to stay alive.

Bill Cipher has not been doing well in theraprism.
In fact, he's made such little progress that The Axolotl is no longer sure if he can be redeemed.
Bill is given one last chance: return to Gravity Falls to make amends with the Pines family and prove he can change or be permanently erased from the fabric of the universe.
He jumps at the opportunity, confident he can find a way out of his agreement, but with the Pines keeping so close an eye on him, will he succeed? Or will his new human condition bring about a change of heart he hadn't anticipated?Alternatively:
