That is until she runs into Pierce, now her heart is caught between loving him and her duty to the now known prophecy.
Pierce woke up in a cage, he doesn’t know where he is or who he is. He struggles to remember who he is while trying to escape the prison he is held in by Queen Octura and her owlets. He escapes at a heavy cost and now he wanders until running into Jaspen who is just as a mess as he is. He swears he’ll be with her til the end.

Summary
Amanda Waller is such a tight-fisted pain in the ass, one of these days he’s going to feed her to radioactive piranhas in Gotham. He’s not even sure if that’s a real thing or just something this city would come up with out of spite, but at this point it feels plausible enough to be a plan.
Speaking of Gotham, wow, couldn’t be more uplifting. Truly a wonderful place. He’d love to spend every single day of his life here. The skyline screams hope, the alleys practically radiate charm, and the general atmosphere of impending doom really ties everything together. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. None at all.
Or: After the whole Mysterio fiasco, Peter somehow ends up in the DC universe. For reasons no one can explain, he lands in prison, Amanda Waller forces him into the Suicide Squad, he escapes, ends up in Gotham, and is completely miserable.
Or: Jason can’t catch a break with wanted criminals, how is it even possible that the guy the police, Batman AND Amanda Waller are looking for is just in a bar, casually singing “I’ve Got a Dream” from Tangled?

Even with Batman and all of his kids, it simply isn't enough, and Reader has had a problem with that since they knew how to think for themselves. So, Reader and several other teenagers who grew up on the streets decide to do something about it. This draws the attention of a certain bat with a habit of adopting any orphan with fighting spirit.

Peter Parker may have been dropped in some Jersey-based hellscape thanks to Dr Strange’s spell, but he was making it work. He was. Okay, reliving his teen years wasn’t on his bingo card, nor was being homeless, well he wasn't homeless for long. He’s been crashing with one of the local heroes. It’s some guy called Red Hood who seems to terrify everyone, which personally he thinks is silly, because this dork is clearly an absolute softy. Despite his lack of all pop-culture knowledge, having the intelligence of an 18 year old tech genius in the body of a homeless 13 year old, and, oh yeah, the whole spider thing, Peter thinks he’s been doing a stellar job of being your run-of-the-mill average homeless teenager.
Jason Todd, on the other hand, is about to have an aneurism. There is a homeless child with his name, Dick's face and Tim's intelligence sleeping in his safe-house. Oh, and the kid has imprinted on him. Like a baby duck.Jesus fucking christ.

Tommy didn’t have a family, not really. He used to, when he was younger, but that was all gone now. Now it was just him, Tommy vs the world. It was fine, it’s not like he needed a family anyway. He was going to be a rockabilly legend, a rock star. Rock stars didn’t need family; they needed music, alcohol and screaming fans, and Tommy would make sure he got plenty of that.
But maybe he wasn't as lonely as he thought, maybe the people still in his life could be his family, if he let them.
