Unfortunately, nothing is simple for someone with Parker luck. Not only does he have the shock of being in New Jersey, but he has landed completely alone in an alternate universe, with his mutations changing and terrible city names. Seriously, who the hell names a city "Metropolis"? It's like naming your dog "Dog."

Rita's gaze traveled slowly over Morticia's body, from her wet hair down to her toes, lingering on the curve of her breasts and the patch of dark hair between her legs. 'Come here, Momo,' Rita said, her voice low and smooth, laced with authority that brooked no argument. Morticia felt a shiver run through her, the age gap between them amplifying the power in Rita's tone—70 years of experience versus her own tentative 14. She obeyed, stepping closer, the air in the room growing heavier with unspoken desire.
“Sit,” she said, gesturing to the bed’s edge. It was both an invitation and a command. Morticia obeyed silently.
Rita, also without a word, went around the bed, knelt, and picked up the whip from the floor. It was part of Morticia’s training gear—electrified, adjustable. It could safely stun a small child or kill a rhino, depending on the setting. Morticia had brought it home to practice with, but now it felt like something else entirely. -
