Because I only ever read reader-inserts, I felt it only made sense to make a reader-insert version as well. It is the same story, with slightly less detail and character background, and certain scenes removed. Not all that many, though. If you don't care about immersion, the original version is the best experience. Aside from the initially harsh personality (lots of character development, don't worry, you'll be better with time), and later being referred to by your "Vee Name" from the general public (not characters regularly interacted with). The third Wednesday, he started calling him the Wednesday boy. Just in his head. It wasn't a decision exactly, more like noticing that a name had already settled there without his permission.
The Wednesday boy read with his shoulders relaxed and his brow very slightly furrowed, the expression of someone genuinely inside a story. He had a habit of tucking one foot up onto the seat when there was room, which there usually wasn't, and he would abandon the attempt without embarrassment and simply cross his ankles instead. Small things. The kind of things you only knew about a person because you had been paying attention for several weeks without any particular reason to.
Every Wednesday, the same boy. Same seat, same unhurried quiet, same book, always in English, always clearly written for teenagers, always read with complete and unselfconscious focus. Keeho tells himself he's just people-watching. He's been telling himself that for two months. It's getting harder to believe.

She attempts to shake him awake while the older one is looking down on him with concerned amethyst eyes, her silver hair draping over her shoulder. Her eyes narrowed at him after noticing he had awoken.
“Ah Subaru, are you awake now?” Her silver voice chimes in. The younger one after hearing the half elf’s words looks to him with a worried expression.
“Betty was worried, I suppose. You weren’t waking at first” The younger one says as she stands up.
Or Subaru and his friends have been transported to a theatre force to watch his life, unable to leave till they watch every thing. They will watch arc 5 and onwards

I spent the last year and a half reading every Re:Zero reaction fic I could find, and now, here’s my own attempt at a worldwide reaction. The world watches Re:zero, arcs 1-9.
Credit to the writers who came before me, especially Feopyr and “The 4 Nations Witness the Strongest Existence". I used their viewing-description template, and Feopyr, if you feel this crosses a line, just tell me — I’ll remove it and write my own, (please don’t, it would take forever).
I wrote this out of spite because I wanted to prove I could. Whoever said writing is fun is a liar, but it does calm me down. After reading so many fics, I figured out what formats I liked and daydreamed scenarios nonstop until the ao3 curse forced me to finally make my own.Fun fact: if you check Feopyr’s comments, you’ll see me praising their work; two days later I got a fever for three days, and wrote 30,000 words at once.
So here it is — my attempt.I want advice. Real advice. Grammar, characterization, missed details, ideas for future arcs — everything. And if anyone wants to beta read, let me know in the comments.
