Nekos is a 13 year old Lynx. He has a simple plan. Get into Zootopia, find his father and ask him to tell his guardian to stop her plans to attack Zootopia. Simple! What could go wrong!
Some things he didn't account for, was not knowing where anything in Zootopia was, which prison his dad was in, how mammals assume he's 7 because of a lack of a growth spurt and losing the credit card that one of his guardian's left behind before he left due to him running from the ticket inspector for not having 'adult supervision'.
He didn't account that spending the night in a bush would get him a bit muddy and grimy. And that he would be hungry the next morning. To be fair, that apple was on the floor, but that market owner of the stall grabbed him thinking he was stealing it. He wasn't arrested at least, this nice Lady Elk offered to take him to the Zootopia Social Centre.
