fourteen was kind of like a genderbent version of thirteen set in the Ninjago universe with Lloyd as the doomed teenager, aka Tracy. This kind of happened when I watched thirteen for the first time whilst in the Ninjago fandom. I still love Ninjago and I still haven't seen a male equivalent of thirteen or Mean Girls or that kind of movie in that kind of reckless cathartic teenage way, so I did it myself.This book can possibly be read without fourteen, but you'll lose a LOT of context, so I'd recommend just settling down for the long run and enjoying the full story

Over the summer the two grew closer in ways they've always felt but too scared to show, Sharing beds during sleepover to using each other shirt that where too small/big, Spending time at the quarry glancing in each others eyes with wet hair.
Mike hadn't completely let go of El but being around Will made him realize there might be other possibilities. Then one night Will kissed Mike after watching Parting Glances, Everything changed, It didn't break their Friendship, it made it stronger then ever.
