Work Text:
Freelancer sits on his thigh, and their hands are in his hair and playing with his beard. Gavin can’t help but smile into the endless kiss. His hands on their back, dragging his knuckles down their spine.
Freelancer pulls back for a brief moment, adjusting their position to be more comfortable. Gavin smiles as they leans back in, placing soft, long, wet kisses on his lips.
Gavin can’t help but chuckle against their lips.
“What?” They question. “Why are you laughing at me?”
Gavin puts his hands on their cheeks, to keep them from pulling away. He kisses them again, before he answers them. “I’m not laughing at you. I’m just admiring how...determined you are to kiss me.”
“I like kissing you, you’re good at it.” Freelancer chuckles. “This how I show my love, you know this.” They say between small kisses.
Gavin smiles into the kisses again. “By kissing me to death.”
“Yes.” They giggle, hands moving to his neck to keep his head in position.
“I mean, of all the ways to go out...” He laughs as he begins to kiss them back again.
Freelancer used to not think much about kissing, they’ve always treated it casually...until Gavin. They’ve never felt casual about him, they couldn’t. He rewrote their brain the moment they saw him.
“I love you.” They murmur against his lips.
“I love you too.” He whispers back.
