Work Text:
It had been the wrong number, the wrong day and the wrong bar but Allison’s date had still gone better than she expected. She was met by Amanda, of course, someone seeking simple dates, someone who wants nothing but peace.
They sit, they talk and Amanda realizes ever so slowly this is the woman she’s supposed to kill tomorrow. She won’t do it, she thinks, she will find another way. The way becomes clear after she gets Allison just tipsy enough to need a lift home. The two settle into Allison’s bed and Amanda promises herself she will only steal the woman away.
Allison wakes miles from home, the two hidden away in a log cabin in the middle of the woods. She would, she thinks, protest, but when she feels so safe held close by Amanda, why should she fight it, she’s been trying to forget her loneliness for years, now she has someone who wants her, only her.
