   Summary

   As a new ability user arises, Yokohama, the Ada, and the pm change as the city knows it. Left with tragedy, Chuuya takes over the mafia and sets off to defeat this new ability user. Unfortunately, things don’t quite go has planned, even with Dazai taking the reins. Love may not always be ideal, and when it comes to these two it is fairly toxic, but when it’s forged in blood, nothing can break those ties.
