"After Max dies, Webby somehow got to him and stopped his soul from being tainted. So when he comes back as a ghost he's just himself, more of a nuisance than an actual threat to the Prudes Squad. But the four are the only ones who can see him and he's only able to interact with the four, and they just kinda get used to each other's presence."
