“So you’re afraid of Quill, then?” Kat said, and Bobby’s answer was very simple.
“Yes.”
She laughed again at his candor, and Bobby hoisted himself to his feet to walk over to the small shelf with towels. He snagged one as she rose as well. Kat made for the door, and Bobby figured that was it. He’d successfully avoided shagging his gorgeous coworker out of respect and a healthy amount of fear for his other gorgeous coworker. When the door clicked shut, Bobby let his shoulders relax, dragging the towel over the back of his neck.
“Quill isn’t my keeper, you know,” Kat said.
