   It was the perfect prank. Until it was the realest part of his life.

   Loki is on the run from everyone he once loved. Betrayed, abandoned, and reeling from nightmares, he no longer cares if he lives or not. When one of the so-called Avengers is blinded, Loki pauses his spiral to oblivion to pull an easy prank. Anyone wanna bet how long it takes hospital-bound Stark to recognize his voice?

   Loki visited him because it was funny. He came back because Stark was interesting. He couldn't wait for Stark to recognize him. Then ... he never wanted Tony to recognize him.

   Ten months later, life is good for Tony. His ocular surgery was a success and, wouldn't you know, his mystery visitor turned out to be a hot single blond named "Sean Glass." As their one-year anniversary approaches, Tony is determined to avenge his lover's nightmares by leading a hunt for Thor's escaped brother.
