Summary
Langa lost something important. More than just his father in an accident where his life was saved by what could only be described by an imaginative mind as magic. The intense longing for that which was misplaced came along suddenly during a visit to a carnival with his friends. A peculiar place, where glimpses revealed visions from the fairy tales and folklore stories that Langa loved so much growing up. But winged beings, courts, magical animals, old gods, and magic were all just things he used to process.. It couldn't be real. He couldn't even remember what he lost. He had no idea how to find it either. All he knew what that a radiant performer was a clue. An interesting and guarded boy, with a hefty past of his own was the only lead. And lead he did.. to a whole other realm. One of many stories, misunderstood ones, where there was much more than met the eye.
