   Summary

   Onis was not a fighter; he was barely a thought as he was a Lar of a small traveling group of bards and paladins. He enjoyed his life just listening to the stories of these heroes and pretending he was a part of it. He heard about the Schizem when it happened-- when the gods went missing, but he himself was not affected by the strange occurrence, nor was he worried about the world crumbling around him. Because he had his people, and as long as they were safe, he did not care.
   Until he ascended, that is, he was not equipped for that. Like being promoted to CEO after three days of working on the sales floor-- Onis never wanted to be a god, but it does not look like he has much say in the matter now.
