"I see," Izuku said "I’ll only say this once, so don’t tell me I didn’t warn you... but you should probably leave. Bakugou House is not a safe place."
Shouto tilted his head "What do you mean?" he asked.
Izuku lifted his leg, tapping the toe into the dirt. He turned his gaze away from Shouto, looking almost coy. "Well, no one has lived there since the old woman but that was years ago. So I’m sure it’s falling apart. It’s what time does to things. Makes them decay. That and-" he looked back at Shouto, his eyes sharp "It’s haunted."

After his parents' very public and ugly divorce, Shouto and his mother move into an old Western Styled Victorian Manor that she inherited from her aunt several years prior. They have aspirations of turning it into a bed and breakfast. But Shouto learns from the odd boy named Izuku, who visits the house from the woods behind it that the manor is haunted by the last Bakugou, Bakugou Katsuki. As Shouto has odd supernatural experiences he finds himself in the center of a 200-year-old battle of wills between two two friends turned enemies.
At the very least, Izuku is so, so pretty...
