Chapter Text
Jungkook had come out to all of his hyungs in first year. He had been so worried they'd stop being his friends and he cried when they'd accepted him and said their friendship would never change.
Yoongi had come out to him specifically and said he was also asexual and the pair had hugged it out and had gone for ice cream together. Soon enough first year had ended and the seven of them found a student house with each other.
Yoongi had texted them all and let them know he'd be moving in a couple of days before uni started back up. Jungkook had been the first to move in and the rest followed.
Jungkook had felt pretty lonely without the others however, he also liked being the first since he could claim the cupboard and fridge space he wanted. He'd excitedly hugged the others when they'd arrived but froze when Namjoon and Jin held hands as well as Vmin dearly holding Hobi.
When had each couple and throuple formed? He didn't want to ask and he also didn't want excuses. Jimin and Tae had begun dating in first year literally the SECOND week of knowing each other and now Hobi was added to the mix?
The couple and throuple saw him staring at their held hands and loving embraces and simply said "it just happened." See Jungkook didn't care per say but, they'd all failed to mention this to him over the holidays.
Jungkook had given them tight lipped smiles after his hugs and walked off to call Yoongi. Yoongi had been just out of loop as Jungkook and Jungkook guiltily felt happy that he wasn't the only one out of loop.
Jungkook and Yoongi had face timed up until dinner and Jungkook took him around the house as he did things. The others had popped into frame to say hello before going off to do their own things.
When it was time to go, Jungkook had pouted and Yoongi had chuckled at his cuteness before saying "just remember hyung's moving in tomorrow. My parents are helping and afterwards they'll take the seven of us out for dinner."
Jungkook grinned at that and wished Yoongi a good mealtime and a goodnight in case he fell asleep before. Jungkook had been grinning all through making his own dinner and even happily sent pictures to Yoongi who sent him thumbs up.
Jungkook had wished Yoongi a goodnight again since he didn't fall asleep like usual and was still awake. He regretted not sleeping earlier when he heard a bang and a moan.
He had though he'd misheard until his wall was hit by a bed and the moaning became louder. He groaned in disgust and went to grab his headphones only to realise they were in the hallway STILL charging.
He hoped they'd stop and when he thought they stopped: they grew louder with the bed squeaking. Jungkook felt like crying as it continued and he wondered if Namjoon and Jin realised the walls were so thin.
His eyes stung as he checked the time and it was 4am; the pair had been going at it non stop for 2 hours? He was so ready to tear his hair out and he even banged on the wall.
The pair either didn't hear him or didn't care and Jungkook felt like he was at his wits end. He was going to text Yoongi and complain until he realised he would a) be bothering Yoongi and b) being annoying.
Jungkook sighed in relief when the pair were FINALLY done. He could finally sleep and he was all too happy to sleep to his sleep playlist. He'd set an alarm for 9am since Yoongi would be at the house at 10.30am.
He quickly got dressed and made himself look presentable even though he was a tad annoyed and very tired. He'd texted Yoongi a bunch before going into the kitchen to grab himself a coffee.
HobI, Jimin and Tae were up already and looked concerned when they saw how tired Jungkook looked. Jungkook said nothing as he drank his coffee and stared Namjoon and Jin down as they stumbled into the kitchen with matching hickeys and tousled hair.
Hobi tilted his head and said "what happened to you?" Jungkook huffed and replied "you didn't hear them last night?" Jungkook grinned when he saw the pairs reaction.
They were stiff and looked like they'd seen a ghost. Namjoon stuttered "y-you heard us?" Jungkook snorted and replied "you didn't know the walls were thin and didn't realise hyung's bed was bashing up against the wall?"
The pair shook their head and Jungkook giggled. Jin quickly said "we're so sorry Kookie! Oh gosh I'm so embarrassed." Jungkook replied "all good hyung, just keep it down please?" Both Namjoon and Jin said they would and if they were ever loud again to just bang on the wall.
Jungkook's lips thinned as he'd already tried that but nodded anyways. They all ate afterwards and soon there was a knock at the door. Jungkook excitedly got up and opened the door to reveal Yoongi and his parents.
Jungkook excitedly exclaimed "hyung!" before running into his arms. Yoongi grinned and fondly greeted Jungkook before greeting the others. Jungkook happily greeted Yoongi's parents before clinging to Yoongi again.
Yoongi fondly huffed before saying "I can't move in with you gripping me Jungkookie! Help hyung and his parents?" Jungkook let go immediately and took the bags from Yoongi's parents who gently ruffled his hair in thanks.
The others helped bring the rest of Yoongi's stuff as well as helped him unpack. It took a total of two hours and finally they were done! Jungkook like the sweetheart he was offered the Mins tea and they politely accepted.
Jungkook happily bounded into the kitchen to make them tea and brought it out afterwards. Yoongi's parents praised his tea and happily said "you make better tea than our Yoongi Jungkookie! Teach him your ways."
Jungkook giggled at that and Yoongi scoffed and said "you always tell me the tea I make is great!" Jungkook giggled louder at that as Yoongi's parents tried to justify what they said.
Just as Yoongi said, his parents wanted to take them all out for dinner. Jungkook made sure to dress as nicely as he could even though he knew he didn't need to, he still wanted to look nice for Yoongi's parents.
His efforts were rewarded with pinches to his cheek and many compliments. Dinner had gone well and Jungkook smiled so much it hurt. Somehow Yoongi just knew something had gone on earlier and he said that he and Jungkook would need to talk later.
Jungkook knew by now that it wasn't anything to fear and he knew he'd tell Yoongi anyways. After dinner, Yoongi's parents hugged them all goodbye and said they'd visit again soon.
Jungkook honestly loved Yoongi's parents and was sad to see them go. He refused to cry in front of them though as he wanted them to leave guilt free. When they had left, Yoongi automatically brought Jungkook in for a hug and let him know it was fine to cry.
Yoongi thought it was heart warming that Jungkook loved his parents as if they were his own. Jungkook did eventually stop crying and the seven of them walked home in comfortable silence.
Yoongi silently held Jungkook's hand as they walked home and Jungkook grinned at this. The others who were official walked hand in hand and Jungkook knew Yoongi was doing this as comfort and so that he didn't feel left out.
After they all finally reached their home, the others immediately went to each of their respective bedrooms after wishing the pair a goodnight. Yoongi led Jungkook to the kitchen and cracked open a nice bottle of wine.
A glass in and Jungkook told him everything including the fact that he wanted to text him yesterday to tell him what was happening and how uncomfortable he felt.
Yoongi held him closer and said "no matter what or how you're feeling, always text me okay Jungkookie? You are never annoying or a bother and hopefully now that the pair know, they'll keep it down or wait until you're out of the house."
Jungkook nodded and Yoongi held him gently and made him make eye contact to let him know how serious and Jungkook KNEW he was being serious as Yoongi rarely made eye contact.
The pair stayed up and talked until Yoongi was tired. Jungkook let him shower and showered himself afterwards. Yoongi offered to sleep in his room tonight and Jungkook accepted right away as he'd never pass up a chance to share a bed with Yoongi.
The pair got into bed and slept until they were both woken up by moaning. Yoongi looked just as unimpressed as Jungkook. It went on for so long even when the pair banged on the wall.
Yoongi silently led Jungkook to his room and Jungkook felt happy until the pair heard moans AGAIN. Yoongi was beyond annoyed at this point and led Jungkook to the sofa with blankets and pillows of course.
The pair slept well after that and were only woken in the morning with a gentle shake to the shoulders. Yoongi was the first to wake and was unhappy. He glared at the person who woke him up and it turned out to be Hobi.
Hobi didn't take offence to it and smiled widely instead. Yoongi gently woke Jungkook up and Jungkook grumbled unintelligently. Yoongi huffed in amusement before saying "wake up Kookie, it's like noon."
It took Jungkook ages to wake up however, Yoongi was very patient and let Jungkook take as long as he wanted. Once Jungkook was awake, Yoongi guided him into the bathroom to brush his teeth and then into the kitchen for food.
Yoongi offhandedly remarked about the noise last night and let his displeasure be known as well as Jungkook's. Yoongi was happy to see them embarrassed and directly said that if it happened again, there'd be a house meeting since it HAD been spoken about and the others agreed.
When Jungkook felt fully awake, he did feel some tension but shrugged it off. He spent his day in Yoongi's embrace on the sofa and watched tv with the others. They all went out for lunch and cooked dinner together.
Yoongi slept in Jungkook's bed with Jungkook and they were happy that it was silent that night. The pair hoped it was like that in the morning.
