i actually don't know if i should put the underage tag since they don't have any sexual relationship up until peter turns eighteen and there's nothing remotely sexual in this fic. if i do have to, please let me know in the comments! ^^

this idea has been brewing inside my head for a few days now, and i just had to put life to it.

Listen to: That's My Girl by Fifth Harmony because that's the fucking vibe of this fic.

Work Text:

Peter and Tony have been together since the older confessed his love angrily after Toomes dropped a building on him, he was sixteen then, now he's twenty, it's been four years since they've been together, Peter still feels like it's a dream. They weren't a secret, Tony didn't care about the media, although they waited until Peter was eighteen before they finally came out to the public.

His Aunt May was skeptical at first, but she trusted Peter's judgment and she knew that Peter was smart enough to know what he wants in life. So, begrudgingly, she gave her blessing.

Peter also met Pepper Potts unexpectedly during one of his lab sessions with Tony. To say that the woman was impressed with him was an understatement, she was beyond impressed with how Peter kept up with Tony and how Peter actually controlled the older man. So yes, Pepper liked Peter.

Happy on the other hand gave Peter the shovel talk then proceeded to threaten Tony that if he ever hurts Peter then he will personally knock a few teeth out of him, Iron man be damned, to Tony's amusement and happiness as he wrapped the larger man in a friendly hug.

The public painted him as a gold-digging sugar baby, an arm candy because even the press can not deny the fact that Peter is pretty. Beautiful, adorable, with soft curls and brown doe eyes.

Everyone in SI knew him, he had so many nicknames, Pretty Parker, Mrs. Stark, Bambi, and so many more. SI employees loved and adored him, every department asked for his input, to which Pepper appreciated since Peter at the tender age of nineteen began running SI without even knowing it. It lessened Pepper's work load. And Tony is beyond proud at how hands on the younger man was and treated one of Tony's treasures like his.

But the public didn't know that. Peter remained a sugar baby to the tabloids as they kept snapping pictures of him and Tony going on shopping dates, on dinner dates, and the Daily Bugle actually caught them on a yatch date for Peter's Twentieth birthday.

Pepper, May and Happy knew about Peter being Spiderman, aside from them, no one else knew. So, the Avengers, now re-assembled, knew Spiderman but not Peter Parker. For the Avengers, Peter was just a conquest, a toy that Tony will get tired of after a few more years.

That's the thing about the Avengers, they've met the Spiderling, fought countless battles with him, but they never met Peter Parker. Until now.

Steve was seizing the twenty year old up, behind him was Bucky, Sam, and Natasha. They were at Tony's penthouse expecting to see the man but not expecting to see the Sugarbaby

Peter looked back at them, unfazed. He had met them multiple times, his hero amusement for the Captain fizzled out after the stunt he pulled on Tony at Siberia. He didn't like the man, period. But he could be civil.

"You must be Peter." Steve finally quips out, his signature brow still raised. His body language is stiff, protective. Peter mentally smirks, even after the fallout, and after the patching up, the Captain finally had a soft spot for Tony, even the other Avengers respected the man. To them, Tony is family. And the Avengers protected their family.

He gives an innocent smile, schooled, perfected. A smile he gives out to the press.

"Captain Rogers, a pleasure to meet you." He greets gently, "Tony is still asleep, please make yourselves at home. I'll get some drinks." Peter says with ease, not minding that he is in Tony's shirt and tight shorts that ended just on his mid-thigh, hair still tousled from sleep.

Steve nods, urging the other Avengers to occupy the spacious living room.

"We apologize for barging in, we didn't know you were here." Steve says, his tone didn't sound apologetic though. Peter smiles, taking out lemons and oranges from the fridge, expertly tossing it into the squeezer before beginning to brew some tea.

"I just got here last night, there's nothing to be sorry for." Peter answers politely.

"Where are you from, kid?" Sam finally asks, regarding him with inquisitive eyes.

"Queens."

"Huh, Queens is not far away." Bucky entails.

"It's not, but I go to MIT so I rarely see Tony nowadays so I decided to visit him." Peter supplies as he slices another lemon, throwing it into an expensive pitcher before adding cubed ice, the tea, the lemon and orange juice, and some mint. He prepares glasses with ease on a tray before bounding over to the coffee table in front of the sofa the Avengers occupied.

"MIT?" Natasha asks in surprise, "That's Tony's alma mater right?" She questions, her expression showed the typical— of course he uses his sugar daddy to get into the school.

Peter plops down on the floor, pouring the homemade iced tea for the older heroes.

"Yes, I major in Biochemistry and Mechanical Robotics." He tells them, the Avengers looked surprised, of course, they didn't expect a smart sugar baby.

"Peter, I'm sorry, but Ms. Potts is calling about the R&D conference regarding the development of prosthetics." Friday suddenly quips out, the Avengers looked mildly— majorly surprised.

"Patch her through, girl." Peter says sweetly, he was never a show off, but being with Tony after years, made him develop a strong sense of wanting to prove everyone wrong about him.

"Peter?" Pepper's voice resonated throughout the penthouse.

"Yeah, Pep? What's up?" Peter asks casually as the older heroes looked puzzled and shocked.

"Did you forget about the conference? It's in three hours. Are you and Tony ready?" She asks, Peter hands out the glasses and the heroes accept gladly.

"Tony's still asleep, he was up all night trying to finish the configuration for Mr. Wilson's wings upgrade." Peter answers the woman, Sam raises a brow.

"Falcon's wings? I thought you were handling that?" Pepper asks, Sam's eyes widened.

"I was, but I had to upgrade Ms. Romanoff's widow bites and I had to add some possible configurations for Sergeant Barnes' arms. So, Tony took it out of my hands." Peter says in nonchalance, keeping his laughter at bay when Bucky almost spat out his drink on Sam's face.

"God, you two need to lessen your lab time. Anyways, three hours, Peter, okay? Dr. Malik is asking for your presence and he wants your input for the new braces and titanium prosthetics."

"Pep, no , I told them titanium won't do!" Peter stands up, and starts pacing, "It's not suited for high-temp scenarios! It'll lose it's strength once it hits four hundred degrees and I told them that nickel based super-alloys are far better equipped to handle heat situations." Peter exclaims.

Tony walks into the room as Peter starts to lose his cool, "Pete, what's wrong?"

Peter smiles when he sees Tony, "Good morning, Tony. Can you accommodate Captain Rogers while I talk to Dr. Malik?"

Tony raises a brow when he finally realized the presence of the Avengers. He nods, "Yeah, sure, honey. Take your time." He says as he pads towards the living room.

" Fri, babe, transfer Pep to my phone please . It was nice meeting you, Captain Rogers, Sergeant Barnes, Mr. Wilson, Ms. Romanoff." Peter says with a polite smile before scurrying off to the bedroom for a private chat with the idiot scientist.

Once the younger man was out of sight.

Steve looks at Tony with an incredulous expression.

"What the fuck, Tony?" Steve.

"I thought he was just a sugar baby?!" Sam.

"He's the one who's been upgrading my arm?!" Bucky.

"That's one arm candy you have there, Stark." Natasha.

Tony just smirks and shrugs, Peter really likes proving people wrong and Tony's fully on board.

"What can I say, my boy is full of surprises." Tony quips with a proud grin.
