No, he wanted to say. Of course, he didn’t understand. Jisung didn’t want to be promised a nebulous someday in the same breath that Minho was telling him not to be afraid of falling for someone else. Those two things didn’t go together: he couldn’t continue to exist in a world where he might have to watch Minho find someone who will do a better job than Jisung at making him happy, only to have that promise that they’d always be together knocking around in the back of his mind. It was beyond cruel. It was torture.
Or...Jisung gets the emotional shit beat out of him. He survives.
