Summary
Ciel has always been fascinated by the storied history of The Great Empire of Britannia. In spite of being a non-Imperial, second generation colonist about as far from Earth as The Empire reaches, they get into the prestigious Imperial University at Oxford. They also meet another curious traveller, who seems to take a great interest in their adventure away from home. But something terrible looms ahead, threatening the entire galaxy.
