   Summary

   “I was only looking for you…” He begins as he stops barely a foot away from the doctor. Will reaches out to grab Hannibal’s wrist. Hannibal allows Will to guide his hand as the brunet lifts his shirt just above his stomach revealing the scar that was so lovingly left there as a reminder. A reminder of who he was forever entwined with until the two should both meet their end.
   “...so that I could thank you for your wonderfully heartfelt parting gift.” The words hang in the air as Will presses Hannibal’s hand to the raised line of scarred skin on his stomach, never looking away from the older man.
