Summary
After the fall of July, Vash finds himself lost in the desert, with no recollection of who he is or what he's done. Heavily injured, he is rescued by a group of scavengers, who bring him back to their town to heal. Haunted by a grief he does no understand, he attempts to rebuild his life there - but no matter how fast he runs, his past is never too far behind.
