the sun peeks through the curtains. you woke up from the sound downstairs, as you noticed it felt empty beside you. your mind foggy as you tried to remember what happened last night. a warm feeling creeped up to your cheeks as you finally remembered.
still feeling a bit sore you tried to walk downstairs, seeing nanami busy doing something in the kitchen. the smell of banana bread hits you as you get closer to him. a warm smile began to form on your sleepy face as you walk closer to him, wrapping your hands on his waist.
nanami stopped what he was doing and turned to look at you. he leans down to kiss your cheek and lips gently. his left hand sneaking on your waist and his right one rested on your head. your head nestled on his chest, as you hug him closer.
"did you sleep well?" nanami asked as he caressed your hair softly. you let go and looked up to him, nodding in response. nanami chuckled before grabbing your waist and placed you on the kitchen counter. you gasped quietly. nanami puts both of his hand on the side of you. admiring your face and smiling to himself.
"i made your favorite" nanami said, his hand caressing your cheek lovingly. "banana bread?" you asked him ecstatically. nanami chuckled before he nodded. "aren't you tired?" you asked. nanami shook his head slowly, he leaned in closer and nestled on your neck. you leaned to him and pat his back.
"what's the plan for today?" you asked him in your sleepy voice. he looks up at you and pretended to think for a while. before he smiled and said, "you".
you gave him a confused look. "what does that even mean?" you laughed. "you'll see" nanami smiled at you sweetly. he leaned in and kissed your lips, a bit hungrier this time. his hand on the back of your neck, pulling you closer before the oven made you both parted away from each other with a chuckle.
sunday morning is never boring with nanami.
