Work Text:
Sometimes Grian wondered if he should start calling himself a morosexual, considering the men he chooses to date.
It was nearly three in the morning, and Grian had his first class of the day at eight. Sam had awoken Grian from his peaceful slumber with cries of "monster!"
The so-called monster had turned out to be none other than Skibidi Toilet.
Grian hadn't the faintest clue what Skibidi Toilet was, but apparently it was scary enough for Sam to be sobbing in his bed with wet pants.
Instead of sleeping like the rest of them, Sam had gone down a youtube shorts rabbithole, discovering a series about a gmod-esque face popping out of a toilet.
Naturally, this made him terrified to use the toilet, leading to him cowering in Grian's bed in a drunken state, getting his sheets all wet.
Of course this was now Grian's problem. Sometimes he thinks he chose the wrong boyfriend to share a room with.
Grian sighed, standing up. He stood in front of Sam, whose eyes were wet with tears.
“Sam, we need to go get you cleaned up." He went to take Sam's hand, but the other pulled away with the reflexes of a frightened cat.
"I can't go there! What if the skibidi toilet is there!?"
Grian never thought he would have to drag a grown man to the bathroom, yet here he was.
Sam was kicking so much that Grian considered leaving him on the floor to wallow in his piss-drunk state.
Yet, for some reason, he continued to drag his sobbing boyfriend to the bathroom, tossing him into the shower and turning it on.
Grian peeled Sam's clothes off of him, ignoring the howls he let out. Grian handed him a washcloth and some soap, then left him to clean himself.
After a few minutes, Sam stopped crying.
Grian dug around in their bedroom looking for clothes, giving Sam some time to get himself clean. Or, at the very least, he could sit under the water and get rinsed off.
Grian opened the door to the sight of a sopping wet half-asleep Sam.
He helped his boyfriend dry off before getting him into some new pajamas. Then, Grian dragged him back to their shared bedroom.
The two of them climbed into Grian's bed, with Grian mumbling about either taking Sam's phone at night or turning on a child lock on youtube somehow.
Sam didn't respond, as he was too busy falling asleep nearly as soon as his head touched the pillow.
Grian sighed.
He pulled a blanket around the two of them and snuggled close. Sam could deal with his own sheets in the morning.
