   Summary

   The New Order gazes upon the world, rising with the swastika but setting with the black sun. An age of nightmares eclipses Europe as Germania, America, and Japan duel each other over global dominance. To the sinister shadow state of Burgundy to the Russian Anarchy life goes on, but only for an increasing form of misery. There is no hope under the black sun. That is, until one NCR trooper wakes up and finds it all a nightmare, that felt a bit to real.
