    AU where juniors aren't allowed at discussion conferences until they're adults.

    Jiang Cheng is super nervous because it's his first time leaving YMJ, and he already knows his father doesn't have a lot of faith in him.
    He just has to do his best! His shixiong got to go to the discussion conference last year, so he sticks close, hoping to benefit from shixiong's experience.
