For a moment, Leo looked so soft… and vulnerable, so clueless… Asta shifts and gets up. “I, uh… maybe we should go to bed? Yeah, hehe…” Asta rushed under the blanket.
Leopold raised an eyebrow. “You haven’t answered my question though!” Leo got closer to Asta. “What’s wrong?”
Asta shook his head. “There’s nothing wrong, I’m just tired…!” Asta didn’t know what to do with his hands. He was indeed panicking. “Bed! Let’s go to bed! So we could just… Turn off the light and…”
“Asta… You know the pillow is supposed to go under your head, right? Why’s it in your lap?” Leo tilts his head.
Asta turns his head away. “Oh, just… extra cold, you know?!”
Leopold scoots closer next to Asta and speaks and bit quieter. “You know people don’t really use pillows to keep themselves warm… Plus, you have a fire mage right here… I could keep you warm if you’re cold.” Leo sighs and slowly starts to pull the pillow away. “I’m pretty tired too…”
