Summary
Newts Chippy sits comfortably squashed between an adult bookstore and a twenty-four hour laundromat on Republic Row, the busiest street downtown in the professional Domming district. Frenchie, a trans-dynamic sub, runs and co-owns the chippy with his best non-dynamic mates, Roach and John.
