Death did its turn, now it is Life's turn

Summary:

After years of time, Hanwool adjusts to his new environment with Detective Na. Why? Hm, oh, it's because he-

Notes:

Warning: I'm a slow updater, and won't hesitate to leave everyone, including myself, on a cliffhanger

Also, this is just a little of the story I'm writing

This will update randomly, but it will mostly update whenever I have at least a couple of chapters I can shove out of my being. Prologue may change, because this is an uncompleted fanfic. I hope you enjoy anyways

I think this is a Gamin/Hanwool fic with how my ideas are going but it might turn out differently in the future. Also it will take a very, very long time for them to develop, I think. I despise slow burns but here I am

I plan to make this more than 10,000 words, but idk. I hope it becomes more than 100,000

Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

“Hansol~ Where are you? You know, it’s rude to hide from your big brother.” Hanwool walks around, searching for any sign of his little sister. She should’ve been somewhere near, since she hardly is ever away from him. Who knows where she is now?

He checked all the rooms and found nothing, maybe she’s hiding?

Hanwool gets down on his knees to check under the bed only to find no signs of his little twin. He sighs before doing the same to Detective Na’s bed. Nothing. Walking to the living room and looking under the table. Nothing again. Going to the kitchen and checking in the kitchen cabinets. Nothing yet again.

“Hanwool? Why are you on the floor?”

“I was trying to find Hansol. Do you know where she is?” Hanwool didn’t even hear the click of the apartment door to sound that Taeman Na was home. He had to take a few moments to even process there was another voice in the room.

“She’s at school. So go take a shower while I prepare the food, okay?” The detective keeps his voice soft and slow enough for Hanwool to understand him, keeping a close eye on how he reacts.

“Oh, okay.” Hanwool gets up at once, going back to his and Hansol’s room to pick some comfy clothes he can wear around the house. Taking a quick glance at the calendar that’s covered in stickers.

Today’s Saturday, guess Detective Na got off work earlier.
