The players who caught Scar initially are dead. Permanent death is a difficult thing to force, but not impossible. Certainly not impossible for someone like Cub. He’s wrought a very bloody trail to this place and this woman, standing in front of him and smiling, giving him a walking tour of the slave brothel she works for.

Summary
Cub hadn’t seen Scar before they left for the MCC server that morning. Scar was running late, and Cub wanted the chance to meet with his teammates for a while before. So his- and everyone else’s- first exposure to Scar’s team costume was in the main lobby.
It was a dress- short, and tight, and exposing a lot of skin.
or: Cub likes seeing Scar in the santa dress. Probably too much. And of course, all the teasing he does deserves some punishment... in the form of spanking.
