Stagnant waters wait for new streams to form

Summary:

Furina had died, not that she minded of course. Over five hundred years of playing an act tends to do that to humans. But as she was fading into that final sleep, she recalled that she never really got to be "herself". I mean whilst those years she spent after dropping the act of being the Hydro Archon "Focalors" was closer to herself than shes ever been, she was still "Lady Furina" the girl who was the Hydro Archon, she never could leave her own shadow. Sure she did try traveling but... because of her history as the Hydro Archon she had to be followed by a team of clockwork meckas. Not ideal for a vacation. Not like she can do much about that now of course. Shes dead after all, all though... if she could give life a go one more time... A different world... a different life... well who knows what she would do in that situation.

Izuku midoriya was a boy with a useless quirk. He could summon a glowing blue trinket to his hand.

Chapter Text

Lady Furina was many things, had been many things, and would always be many different things. That whats being a human tends to bring after all. Oh and how lovely it was to finally be human. Free from the judgements and responsibility of being a god, Of course it never did work that way did it. Stains never wash out with just water. You tend to need something more to clean them. And the stains of blood on her past will never be forgotten by the people who once worshiped her. Despite her sacrifice and suffering a good chunk of people still held resentment towards her for her past inaction. Not that she could have done anything back then mind you, she was only human after all. But that doesn't matter to the mourning father who sits at his daughters grave, Nor will it stop the child that's lost its parents from weeping alone in the orphanage, And if there on thing that Furina knows its that those memories tend to persist. Another mourning father might weep at his child's grave, some might throw themselves into booze. But all it takes is one who wants revenge, And then suddenly its curtain call for her. Shes only human after all.

Izuku Midoriya was a strange child, this his mother knew. Whilst other kids his age cared about things like dinosaurs and space. Her child only cared about two things. Dragons and a strange glowing jewel that he found one day. Nonetheless she shall try her best to look after him. Don't get her wrong she wont be alone. Shes got her husband Hisashi and her friend Mitsuki to help her along the way. With those two at her side she'll surely withstand everything and anything the world throws her way, come tsunamis or the floods she will do her best to make the world the best place it can be for her son.

Izuku is four, Hisashi is dead. Suffocated by a villain made of sludge he died before the ambulance even left the scene. Inko doesn't know what to do anymore... She can only hope for the future, She hopes that Izuku fulfills his dream of becoming a Hero, That she will be there every step of the way to cheer him on, and that he gets a strong quirk to defend himself.
