   Summary

   In the Capitol, an eighteen-year-old Draco Malfoy becomes determined to restore his family’s lost fortune by serving as a mentor in the Tribute-Wizard Tournament.

   But the odds are not in his favor.

   Draco is paired with Hermione Granger, a tribute from the weakest district who has never cast a single spell. Being a mentor is nothing like Draco expected, as he begins to have feelings for Hermione, who challenges everything he knows about magic and the Capitol.

   I was inspired to write this story after watching The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes because young Coriolanus Snow gives off strong Draco Malfoy vibes. When I didn’t get the ending I wanted in the movie, I decided to write my own.
