Barb is barely out the door and in the road before Tiffany finds her, dragging her into the safety of a public place. Later, much later, she will see to it that Chucky, her Chucky at least, dies. Barb sobs even as she goes back to her. The woman’s eye is full of tears, the other already damaged.
Tiffany tucks the blinded eye under the protective patch, her touch soft on Barb’s cheek as they stay hidden in the safety of the crowd, drawing the other woman closer, her touch tender as she brushes away tears.
“I’m so sorry, my Barbie… I didn’t know he was coming to you…”
