Dabi and Hawks have a...weird relationship. One is a villian the other a double agent working for the heroes. The other is well aware of that but they always end up finding themselves holding each other in the morning under the covers of Hawks' bed. They always find eachother brushing hands,ultimately wanting to be by the side of the other.
Today they both sat on the heroes couch watching a movie for New Years'. It was an hour or two before midnight and they decided to watch some American movie that they both didn't understand shit about. Hawks and Dabi sat next to one another with a blanket over their laps. They sat silently, Hawks jumping so often when a loud an unexpected firework went off.
"Fuck!" Hawks cursed as a firework went off and illuminated outside the window.
"Calm down, birdie." Dabi whispered into Hawks' ear, causing him to shiver.
The blondes face grew red as he turned back towards the movie he wasn't interested in. He could feel the villain's body rise and fall with his breathes and it brought a grounding feeling to him.
"This is boring. Let's watch the countdown!"
Dabi raised an eyebrow before shrugging and grabbing the remote. He changed the channel to the news station and sat back. The timer was counting down from thirty seconds as a crowd of people stood around smiling and holding hands.
"Here live in Japan we have 30 seconds left on the timer before it is officially New Year's." a pink haired lady said smiling into the camera.
They sat and watched as the timer went down.

Hawks looked at the dark haired man to his left and bit his lip. He traced his side profile with his eyes. His black hair complimenting his pretty ocean blue eyes. He wanted to reach out and run his finger over Dabi's scars. Hawks noticed how Dabi's hair faded slightly at the top, turning a light grey, almost white, color.

Hawks turned his body fully to face Dabi, his wings pressed against his back as they fluffed up with embarrassment. The scarred man looked at Hawks with a amused and confused expression.
"What's up, birdie?"

"I-"
Hawks blinked as Dabi just stared at him waiting for him to go on.

"I- kiss me..." he whispered.
"What?"

"Kiss me."
Dabi stared at him wide eyed.
"Please."

Dabi sat with a straight face and Hawks face fell with disappointed. He closed his eyes before he felt hands cup his face softly and pull him in. He felt his lips brush someone else's as warmth spread through his face. The mismatched lips that belonged to Dabi were rough but sweet against the heroes soft lips. The hero leaned into it before the villain pulled away slowly.
"Happy New Year's, birdbrain," he whispered.
Hawks opened his eyes and looked at the blue ones staring back at him.
"Happy New Year's, hotstuff."
