Summary
Another ten minutes go by, and then the door is being opened. Mu Qing hears a lot of shuffling and heavy breathing (due to Feng Xin’s walk or whatever.) before a shadow hovers over him.
He feels a rough and calloused hand, one he recognizes, push his hair away from his forehead. The unexpected action causes Mu Qing’s heart rate to pick up and he wonders what Feng Xin is up to.
Suddenly, he feels a gentle kiss press to his forehead and he swears he feels time stop. Mu Qing’s heart skips a beat or two and he finds himself breathless.
