It's been two years since Rosalie first stumbled into Small Heath while on the run from her abusive ex-husband and two years since she met Tommy Shelby and the Peaky Blinders and her life changed.
Now, entering the era of the Great Depression, Rosalie has her own gang to run back in New York City, forcing her to spend more time in the United States, away from Tommy and her family, where she is both haunted and hunted by her crazed father. As Rose tries to unravel the agreements her father and predecessor made with Nazi organizations in Germany, Rose finds herself unknowingly growing closer to her new underboss in Tommy’s absence.
As Rose learns how to lead a gang, she discovers just how dark and deadly she is capable of being, even if it means straining her relationship with Tommy.
