    2023, in a European trip to nurse a broken-heart and fix an artist-block, renowned artist-painter Louis de Pointe du Lac arrives in Auvergne at a small chateau. He sees a painting of Lestat de Lioncourt, and falls head over heels in love with him. The only problem is, Lestat has been dead for more than 200 years.
