   Summary

   Kili Durin meets a girl, Gaia, who has to go along on their quest on Gandalf's request. She has a wide range of knowledge about plants and she has elemental abilities. This catches Kili's attention, along with her long black hair which resembles the hair of elves. Gaia has something alluring about her and Kili finds himself unable to stay away from her. They grow closer to each other during the continuation of the quest and they grow to love each other. There are obstacles they have to overcome since Gaia is a protector of nature and Kili is a dwarf.
