Elysia was captivated the moment she stepped inside the small café. A gorgeous woman was sitting on the grand piano placed at the center of the café, playing what seemed like her own rendition of a love song. Her angelic voice captured everyone’s attention and her beauty was so enchanting that it made people want to spend all day admiring her.

‘I knew it was a good idea to spend my day in a café!’ Elysia thought as she slowly walked towards the café counter to order a drink of course. While she was talking to the cashier, she couldn’t take her eyes off of the woman still playing and singing on the counter, she wanted to know her and maybe, be with her

She was shocked at her own thought, she’d always known her attraction were towards women but it was not to this extent where she was already making up a whole future with this beautiful stranger who would probably not look at her way.

“Ma’am?” The cashier asked and Elysia awkwardly chuckled when she realized she spaced out. “I’m sorry! How much was it again?” She softly asked the cashier who in return told her the amount to pay and gave her order when she was done preparing it.

Elysia took her order and slowly walked around the café, trying to find the best spot where she can admire the pretty pianist without looking like a stalker. And at the perfect timing, she saw one nearby the large french windows, a table that is far away but not too much from the piano.

It had been exactly 2 hours that Elysia stayed sat at her little spot by the windows, admiring the pianist now behind the counters, seemingly brewing her own coffee. ‘ A pianist.. and now a barista? This woman is divine..’

She dreamily sighs as she thought of ways to approach her and as she brings her coffee to her mouth, it’s now empty. An empty cup of coffee, the solution to her current predicament! With a newfound plan, she stood up to get more coffee, hoping she’d get the pianist to take her order instead.

Elysia slumped in the chair of the same spot, her hopes were all gone when a different staff took her order instead and when she tried asking for the name of the pianist, she was already urged to get her coffee because people were lining up again.

“A penny for your thoughts?” A voice rang out in front of her and by the universe’s will, it was the pianist asking her. Stunned by her velvety-like voice, Elysia couldn’t think of anything but,

“You’re so beautiful.” Elysia suddenly answered and in turn, the pianist couldn’t help but chuckle at her. “I’m Eden, and you… dearest?”

“Dearest, remember when I sang this on the day we met?” Eden asks as she starts playing the piano, Elysia sitting by her side. “Hmm… How did we meet again?” Elysia teasingly replies back which causes Eden to shake her head and chuckle.

You and me from the night before, but

“You surely know how to feign ignorance, my love. Well.. hmm.. How do I say this? You.. entered my café and saw me playing the piano, the same song right now , and you fell in love with me, well, the sight of me.”

Don't read the last page

But I stay when you're lost, and I'm scared, and you're turning away

“Well thank you, my darling dearest Eden for refreshing my memory BUT you’re wrong about one thing…I fell in love with you the moment you accepted my invite for coffee!” The pink-haired woman exclaimed as she rested her head on her lover’s shoulder.

I want your midnights

But I'll be cleaning up bottles with you on New Year's Day
