“What the actual fuck.”
Tony eyed the sorcerer who was currently munching down a burger filled with atrocities that didn't even look the slightest bit edible. What looked like a Burger filled with the aftermath of one of the sorcerer supremes battles was actually his lunch.
“What?”
“What the actual living fuck is that”
He gestured wildly with his hands while starting to go on yet another rant about the other man's food preferences. The two of them seemed to have this fight about the sorcerer’s preferences in food almost daily at this point.
“Food.”
“Excuse me but that is not food.”
“Tony, I eat this every day. You've seen me eat this every day and every day we have this same discussion.”
The abomination that was Stephen's meal kept on spasming during their conversation. Tentacles squirming in between buns along with things that Tony could neither describe nor want to.
“I get the whole wizard gig but do you seriously have to eat that? Come on, its fucking alive.”
“Firstly not a wizard, secondly you're being dramatic. And no it's not alive.”
“Then why is it moving like that? Nevermind. Throw that away before I make you. We can order something from that nice Italian place you like or I could try cooking something for the both of us.”
“You? Cooking? Doesn't someone do that for you? Do you even know how to cook?”
“Ouch Stephen. I’m hurt.”
The Engineer clutched his chest pretending to be in pain.
“Drama queen.”
“But seriously thought, let me make you something. Allow me to prove my superior cooking abilities to you.”
Stephen sighed in defeat, moving away from the table, his food in hand, getting ready to dispose of it.
“Ugh fine. Just don’t burn my kitchen. Otherwise you'll be the one who has to deal with Wong.”
Shortly they find themselves in the sanctum’s kitchen looking for any kinds of edible ingredients. Most cabinets were either empty or filled with more unnamable, indescribable things and Tony was almost afraid of opening the fridges doors.
“Stephen, love, how are you even alive? When was the last time you've seen a sandwich?”
“It doesn't matter. Anyway thanks to you I threw away a perfectly good burger. Seriously, you owe me a meal or at least some peace and quiet.”
Crossing his arms to underline his displeasure he glared at the other man.
“Goddamnit. Fine, let's order out and watch a movie or something. My superior cooking skills will have to wait. You do have a tv in the sanctum do you?”
“Sounds good. Allow me to take you up on that offer on the Italian place you made before.”
