   Summary

   Leah Rilke was a lot of things: A talented hunter, a skilled tracker, a relatively fearless fighter. Becoming those things was how she survived living alone on the outskirts of the kingdom for many of her twenty-three years. That, and keeping her head low.

   Being summoned to the king’s castle wasn’t a part of her plan, but a mysteriously missing daughter wasn’t a part of his either. Given a mission she’d be better off not failing, Leah must find the princess, who goes from being her trickiest target yet to something else entirely.
