Chapter Text

It was another glorious morning at the Hazbin Hotel, Vaggie was the only one awake, and she was waiting for her girlfriend Charlie to wake up.

Just then, there was a knock at the door, Vaggie went to answer it, at the door stood two bunnies.

"Uh, hello?" Vaggie questioned, confused as to why there were two new clients at the door so early in the morning.

"Hello there! My name is Ruby" said one of the bunnies, "and this is my little brother, Max!" she pointed at the other bunny.

"Well, it's quite a pleasure for you two to come and stay here at the Happy-I mean Hazbin Hotel---" before Vaggie could finish greeting them, a familiar voice called out from behind.

"Vaggie?"

Vaggie turned around, there stood her girlfriend, she had something in her hand, which was outstretched so that the moth could look at it.

Vaggie looked at the object. It was a pregnancy test dipstick.

Vaggie looked closer and nearly gasped...

It was positive.

The uncomfortable silence emanating from the hotel's bar was almost unbearable for Angel, Husk and Alastor, as they could only stare at Vaggie, who glared back at them, a pregnancy test dipstick that read positive in her hand.

Finally, she spoke.

"So, who knocked up Charlie last night and got her pregnant?"

Angel looked over at Husk, who simply shook his head, the spider then looked over at the Radio Demon, face hidden from the accusatory moth, ears drooped over his face to try and hide his extremely obvious blush.

Angel knew that Al, in his drunken state, had done something his sober, asexual self would have never done. But, being the good friend that he was, turned back to Vaggie and pinned the blame on his other vitriolic best bud:

"Well, I'm gay and Smiles is ace, so that leaves Husker---"

Before Angel could finish his blatantly obvious lie, a sound was heard from outside, it sounded like a woman in pain.

It didn't take a genius to know that the Princess of Hell's water broke.

Max sat on the edge of the bed, his sister was on a phone call with their grandmother, so he had some time to himself, which he liked every once and a while, especially since most of the time, he had to deal with his bitchy sister's nagging.

Just then, Max heard a commotion from downstairs, curious as to what was going on, he hurried down the stairs and soon discovered what the ruckus was:

Charlie's water had broken, and she was in IMMENSE pain, Vaggie, Angel and Alastor rushed to her aid.

"Husker! Start the car!" Al told his right-hand chimera, Husk nodded and went out to go start the car, the others managed to carry Charlie out, but they all soon rushed back in to prepare for what was about to happen.

It was at that moment Max knew what he had to do...

Charlie could not believe what was happening, the last thing she remembered from the previous night was her drinking herself to oblivion to celebrate another year of the hotel being open, she awoke that morning and soon discovered that she was pregnant, she had no idea who had impregnated her, but one thing was for certain:

It was NOT Vaggie.

As Charlie struggled to keep the baby from coming out before she got to the Sloth ring hospital, she heard someone getting into the car.

She looked to see one of the bunnies that had shown up at the hotel that morning, who seemed to be about 4 years old, sitting in the drivers seat, preparing to head out.

"W-what are you---"

"Let me handle this."

And with that, Max headed off towards the Sloth ring hospital.

Ruby had finished her phone call with her grandmother, and she was heading back to her hotel room to check up on Max, however, to her surprise, Max was no where in sight.

Just then, Ruby heard a commotion from downstairs, when she went to see what was going on, she saw the others in a complete panic.

"Now, now, Vaggie, don't be TOO concerned, Charlie couldn't have gone that far---"

"DON'T YOU EVEN GET IT, HUSKER?! SHE IS PREGNANT AND MISSING!"

"Hey, uh, what's going on down here?"

"Well, Mrs. Ruby, Charlie has gone missing, which is even worse because she's...you know."

"You know, funny story, uh, Max is also missing."

It was at the moment they put the pieces together.

"Oh you have GOT to be kidding me!"

Chapter Text

Max had made it through the Pride ring, the Greed ring and the Lust ring, and was currently in the Wrath ring, he probably would have been in the Envy ring by the point...

...If it hadn't been for the traffic jam.

"Go around!" Max yelled at the cars next to, in front and behind him "Please, go around! I can't see where I'm going!"

"Put it on cruise control and stand on the seat!" Charlie groaned "That's what Vaggie does when we pass an accident"

"I can't!" Max cried "A red light keeps telling me to brake!"

"I think you need to release the parking brake!"

Max did just that, and from there, it seemed like it was going to be smooth sailing from there...

...Then the police sirens began.

"Aw, fart!"

"Liscense and registration, sir." said the officer Imp, badge reading "Chief Blitzo, HPD".

Max gulped, he knew he was fucked, until he got an idea...

"Technically, this car belongs to Ms. Magne in the back, but I'm driving it for her."

"Ah, I see." the officer said, and just like that, he was gone.

Max sighed with relief as he continued on his way to the Sloth Ring hospital.

Finally, Max made it to the Sloth Ring hospital, he used all his strength to pull Charlie out of the car and bring her into the building.

Once inside, Max ran up to the front desk.

"Can I help you, sir?"

"This woman is gonna have a baby!"

"Okay, let me call the professionals in, you wait in the lobby until the procedure is done."

Max headed towards the lobby and plopped himself down in a chair as he began to wait for the procedure to be done.

He was not expecting what he heard next...

"MAX!"

Max turned and saw the whole crew--- Vaggie, Angel, Alastor, Husk and Ruby, the latter of whom glared at him.

Max gulped as she began to approach him with full intent of strangling the living daylights out of him.

Just then, Husk put his hand on Ruby's shoulder.

"Lay off the kid, he's been through enough today."

Just then, a nurse walked up to 6 of them.

"The operation is done."

And with that, the six of them headed off towards Charlie's room.

When the six of them entered the room, they saw Charlie, who had clearly given birth based on the tired look on her face.

Max slowly made his way up to Charlie until he saw just what he was looking for:

The child she had given birth to.

Max stared at the newborn baby and soon recognized some familiar facial features...

The dark-red eyes, the beige skin complection, all seemed too familiar to a certain someone...

Max turned to Alastor and handed him the child.

"Youngling, I present you to...your father.'

As soon as Max uttered those last two words, Alastor's face turned redder than his outfit, his ears flopping over his face trying to hide it, but, alas, it was too late.

"Alastor," Vaggie glared at the Radio Demon "is there something you'd like to say?"

Alastor walked over to Charlie and kneeled down beside her, he sighed.

"Charlotte, from the first moment I ever saw you on that picture show, I felt this...feeling in my chest, for the longest time, I simply couldn't explain it, but, one day, I finally figured it out."

Alastor stood up and leaned close enough to Charlie that he could feel her breath on his face.

"It was...love"

And with that, the two demons locked lips in front of the others, Angel and Husk cheered their friend on, though Husk soon stopped when he noticed how sad Vaggie was, he put his hand on her shoulder and gave her a reassuring smile.

"Don't worry, Vaggie, Charlie and Al were made for each other, and I'm sure there was someone out there who was made for you too."

"Thanks, Husker."

Vaggie hugged the chimera, which caused Husk's face to turn red.

"Heh, looks like Ol' Musky Husky's reobtained his ability to---"

"Angel, I'm giving 5 seconds to shut up or I swear to god I'll---"

He was interupted by a bright flash.

Everyone turned to see the H.P.D. Chief standing outside the hospital room, he had a camera in his hands.

"Nice job knocking up the princess, Bambi!"

The imp's mischevious laughter was soon turned to panic when Alastor glared at him, his eyes shifting into radio dials as static crackled all around him.

"Heh, I guess some things never change."
