Summary
In the years since he left Donna Noble, the Doctor has suffered countless losses. Weary and now trying to heal himself for the sake of his future, the Doctor settles down. But he knows that so much is missing for him. But it doesn't have to be that way forever. If Donna Noble's story can have a happy end, then why can't everyone else's? Perhaps it doesn't take that much to set the ball rolling, to give the Doctor a chance at happiness. Perhaps all it takes is the UNIT holiday gala.
