"You’re welcome, by the way,” Deku said. “For saving your life. You know what, maybe try ‘Oh thank you Deku.’ Or maybe use that left side of yours and help us get back to the lodge?”
He kept the spear up and pointed at Deku. “...You were cuddling me.”
Deku laughed “I was using my body heat to warm you up. It was pretty scary when we got here. Your lips were blue. Thought you were gonna get frostbite. But I saved the day. Whatever. Look, it's either you start using your fire or we have to wait out the storm. Or whichever one of our allies finds us first.”
Shouto went through his options. Using his left side was out. He wasn’t sure he’d be able to take Deku. He’d killed stronger heroes than him with ease. And he still had no idea what his quirk was. Deku at least seemed to have no intention of fighting him. So, they wait out the storm and go their separate ways. Not good, but not bad. Hope Uravity and his team find him. They might stand a chance against Deku and they’d arrest him. Very good. The villains find them first. Shouto would likely be killed. If not by Deku then by a different villain. He’d have to roll those dice.
“Fine.” He dropped the spear. “We wait out the storm.”
