December 23rd 2020. The day before Christmas Eve.
The day of spending time with your family and friends, while waiting for Santa Claus to arrive and give you presents.
But Cassidy was too busy for tomorrow. As right now, she’s setting up the kitchen for something.
And once she’s done with it, suddenly she hears a knock on the door and decides to go answer it.
She opens the door and sees that Leo, Mikey and even Casey are here. Which makes her smile.
“You guys made it! So I finished setting up the kitchen so that we can make Christmas Cookies together!” Cassidy said with joy.
“Hey uh Cassidy? What are we making it for again?” Mikey asked.
“Don’t you remember Mikey? We’re making it for Caleb. Who broke his arm while in a intense basketball match with his team. So tomorrow he’s going to get a operation on it so that it can heal more quickly. But he’s too scared to go through it since tomorrow is Christmas Eve and he can’t miss out on celebrating it with me and our family.” Cassidy replied.
“Well as long as we’re here, we can help you with your problems Cassidy.” Casey said.
So they all head to the kitchen where they all see Cassidy and her Synth doll wearing aprons.
“Wow, those aprons look.” Leo said.
“Cute? I know. Plus look at how cute Synth is in his apron too.” Cassidy said while showing her doll to her friends.
And so just like that she gives, Leo, Mikey and Casey an apron that they can all wear.
And now it was time to make some Christmas Cookies.

She thought that it would be a fun moment for them to do it together but oh boy was she wrong.
As while grabbing a recipe book out of a bookshelf to find a Christmas cookie recipe. Casey grabbed the book off her.
“Oh, I see that you have a fondness for these kinds of recipes huh Casey?” Cassidy said.
“Actually I don’t know, what I’m reading. Besides, what even is a recipe book?” Casey asked while being confused about what he is reading.
She realised that since Casey is from the future, he doesn’t know a lot about recipes and stuffs.
“How about you let me read the recipe book, ok?” Cassidy said s she grabs the book out of Casey’s hand.
The first step was that they needed is to pour the amount of flours into a bowl. Then they have to break 2 eggs into the flour. Then pour the amount of milk into the mixture and finally mix it together.
But while she’s doing all of this with the help of Casey, who’s just starting to learn how to do everything. They see that Leo and Mikey are yelling at each other about something.
When they listened closely, it turns out that the two brothers were arguing about Leo being the worst cooker ever.
“I don’t think you should help Cassidy at all Leo. You’ll just burn stuff and set the entire apartment on fire.” Mikey yelled at Leo.
“Oh yeah, well I’m the leader. And as your leader your going to let me bake these cookies.” Leo yelled back at Mikey.
“Ok? Then what’s the first step of making cookies?” Mikey asked.
“Well, its, uh. The first step, is, uh. JUST LET ME HELP HER!!!” Leo replied but not befre he attacks Mikey.
They tussled and turn, they turn and tussled as they were making a mess in not only the kitchen but the living room too.
“Guys, I’m sure we can talk this out an-“ Cassidy said.
But then their fighting causes the two brothers to hit Cassidy. Which causes her to let go of the recipe book and gets thrown out the window and onto the alleyway.
They all see it getting stolen by a homeless man, and this makes them very nervous about what have they done.
As without a recipe book, they can’t make some Christmas cookies.
But Cassidy stays calm about this situation. So she looks at the boys and speaks to them.
“Ok, I know that this seems bad but, who needs a book anyways? When you have the internet!” Cassidy said as she pulls out her phone.
She flips through the phone looking for something to replace the recipe book until she was able to find a website.
“Behold everyone. The Christmas cookies recipe!” Cassidy said cheerfully as she shows everyone the phone.
But they all react in disgust with Mikey turning away from it while Leo covers Casey’s eyes with his hands.
Cassidy was confused by this until she sees what she had actually showed them.
“Whoops, sorry. That’s just a fan-art of Synth and Branch doing some questionable things together. Excuse me.” Cassidy said as she goes back to flipping through her phone
Until eventually she shows them the real recipe for the Christmas book and they are surprised that the internet can do that.
“Cassidy, your a genius. Never knew the internet can do a lot of good things.” Mikey said.
“Oh yeah, well you know me. But anyways let’s get back to our Christmas cookie baking.” Cassidy said with confidence
And so they all head back to the kitchen to resum making the recipe.
But what Cassidy didn’t know is that there will be a lot of drama awaiting for her in the new few minutes.

They had been doing a lot of hard works on the recipe as Cassidy wanted the cookies to be Christmas themed.
So instead of chocolate chips, they added red and green M&Ms into the mixture.
And so after a lot of stirring and mixing later, they were now ready to roll the mixture into a ball and place it in the oven.
But before they do that, Cassidy has the urge to you know what.
“Hey Mikey. Would you mind holding Synth for me? I gotta use the bathroom.” Cassidy asked Mikey as she gives him her doll.
Before he can reply though, she runs to the bathroom. And while Mikey was fine with the responsibility of looking after her beloved doll, Leo wasn’t.
“Oh no you don’t Mikey. It’s my responsibility to look after her doll.” Leo said as he tries to grab the doll off Mikey.
“Hey, she asked me to look after it, not you.” Mikey said while trying to hold onto the doll.
It was getting pretty heated as the two boys both pull and pull on the doll. With Casey being distracted by reading the rest of the recipe to not notice.
Until eventually them pulling on the doll becomes too much this causes it to get flung out like a slingshot and lands on the cookie mixture.
And what’s even worse was when Cassidy went out of the bathroom.
“Ok, now that’s I’m done with some serious business. Let’s go- {gasp} what happened to Synth? Why is he in the cookie mixture?” Cassidy asked as she sees her doll on the cookie mixture.
“Look I’m sorry Cassidy. Leo wanted to take the doll off of me.” Mikey said to Cassidy.
“Me? You’re not the responsible one, I am! Besides i wanted to look after the doll anyways.” Leo said to Mikey angrily.
But before they can bicker again, Cassidy picks up the doll out of the mixture. And is surprisedly calm about it.
“I don’t care who’ fault it is. Just look, stay on your best behaviour, while I wash the cookie mix out of Synth in the bathroom ok?” Cassidy asked the two brothers which they agree.
So, she takes her doll to the bathroom where it took a few minutes to clean him. Until eventually the doll was finally clean and Cassidy can now return to the kitchen and help her friends.
But this was her last straw.

Cassidy had never been too angry at her friends. She was always calm with them. But once she gets pushed to the limits, oh boy was it nuts.
And that was what happend when Cassidy returned from the bathroom with her doll.
As suddenly, she saw that the kitchen was on fire.
She ran into the kitchen to see Mikey and Leo trying to put out the flame that’s coming from the cookie mixture.
“What happened? Why is there fire in the kitchen?” Cassidy asked.
“Well after you left, Leo decided to place the mixture onto the stove.” Mikey replied to Cassidy.
“I’m sorry but it was technically you who did it.” Leo said to Mikey.
“Oh yeah well, I know how to put out the fire, unlike you.” Mikey yelled.
“Oh really? Let me guess, are you going to eat the flames.” Leo asked sarcastically.
“No, I’m gonna do this.” Mikey replied.
So he throws the mixture out of the window, causing the glass bowl to shatter and Cassidy to try to keep herself calm.
But that’s when the madness happened.
As while trying to stay calm, both she and Casey sees the two brother getting into another argument over who’s right and who’s wrong.
And this was bad because Casey could tell that Cassidy is starting to lose her cool.
“Cassidy are you ok? Your eye is twitching and your smiling rally weirdly.” Casey asked.
“Oh I’m ok Casey. Besides I am not bothered by it. Not one bit.” Cassidy replied.
But because of the pressures from the two brothers arguing with each other and the fact that they have at least a few hours before they can visit Caleb at the hospital.
His was her last straw.
“OK! THAT’S IT! I’M PUTTING MY FOOT DOWN!” Cassidy said as she’s stats to become really angry now.
The sound of Cassidy putting her foot down scared Leo and Mikey, since they have never seen her angry like that before.
“Cassidy? Just calm down please.” Mikey said to her.
“Yeah, just take a chill pill. We’ll make up and apologise to each other for arguing ok? Will that make you happy?” Leo also said to Cassidy.
“NO THAT WON’T MAKE ME HAPPY! YOU GUYS ARE REALLY MAKING ME ANGRY WITH YOUR CONSTANT BICKERING AND NEARLY BURNING THE PLACE DOWN! YOU GUYS HAVE TO LEARN TO NOT ARGUE WITH EACH OTHER OK?” Cassidy yelled at Leo and Mikey.
“Hey don’t yell at them Cass. Especially Sensei.” Casey said to Cassidy.
But that just makes her more angry. As she turns around and starts yelling at the boy as well.
“Oh sorry if I yelled at them for what they were doing. But aren’t we forgetting that you also yelled at Leo just because he made one mistake and that he wasn’t acting like a leader before? Plus me, my siblings, Donnie and Mikey heard you say all that, plus you even told him that we all died in the future. So isn’t it ironic that your calling me out for the same thing that you did to Leo, huh Casey? Huh?!” Cassidy yelled at Casey.
After that outburst, she was able to calm down. But then she sees that the others were scared of what she just just said to them.
She realised that she had completely lost it and felt ashamed for it.
So she sinks into the floor and hides in the sink’s drawers, where the others sees her and becomes very concerned about her.
“Cassidy? It’s ok. We didn’t know you were trying to bottle up your anger.” Leo said.
“Yeah, its nothing to be ashamed of girl.” Mikey also said.
“It’s going to be ok Cassidy. It was just an outburst. And besides I apologised to sensei about the whole not being a good leader thing, so maybe you should too.” Casey said.
Hearing what her friends just said, gives Cassidy the courage to speak to them.
“I’m sorry everyone. It’s just that, ever since the Kraang disaster 3 months ago, I have been a lot more worried about my siblings. Especially Caleb. I just wanted everything to be perfect for him since I’m his favourite twin. And if I’m not his favourite twin, then who am I? Just a 17 year old girl who tried to take care of her family ever since our mom died?” Cassidy said.
Everything went silent after that but not for long as Leo places his hands on Cassidy’s shoulders.
“You are not just that Cassidy. Your a friend to us. A friend who loves the Trolls Franchise and is an amazing reporter.” Leo said to her.
“Your also an amazing older sister to your family. Especially to us.” Mikey also said to her.
“Yeah like Sensei and Master Michelangelo said. But most importantly, you are a strong, kind and beautiful woman, who won’t stop at anything until her friends and family are safe. Casey said to Cassidy.
They were right. She was more then a 17 year old girl. She was a friend who will do anything to protect her friends and family.
So she wipes her tears away and starts smiling again.
“Thanks guys. But we still need to make those cookies for Caleb. I even promised him that I will before his operation tomorrow.” Cassidy said becoming concerned.
“Don’t worry Cassidy. Because after that experience today, we decide that we should make these Christmas cookies as a team.” Leo said to the girl.
“Yeah, what do you say girl.” Mikey also said to her.
“Right, let’s do this.” Cassidy said with her courage being renewed.
And so they all spend the rest of the day following the recipe while working as a team.

Things were going great after what just happened.
As Mikey was helping Leo with cooking stuffs like the temperature of the oven and stuff. While Casey was still learning about recipes and how to make it.
And so after they put the batch into the oven, they wait and wait until the timer dings and the cookies are now officially ready.
But that’s not even the fun part. As they get to decorate the Christmas cookie.
And they made a lot of cool cookies like a candy cane, snowman, reindeer and stocking cookies out of the frostings that Cassidy made.
Then they place them in the freezer where they wait and wait until just like that the cookies have been made.
“Alright guys, the cookies are done. And just in time as it’s now 5pm. So come on gang, let’s go visit Caleb at the New York City Hospital.” Cassidy said to the others.
And so after Cassidy place the cookie in a pink box that’s also for donuts, they all got dressed into their winter clothes and leave the apartment to walk down the streets of New York, while hoping that they’ll be able to find the hospital that Caleb is in.

After a bit of walking, they finally reached the hospital.
Where Cassidy entered it since she’s Caleb’s twin sister. And she even asked Leo, Mikey and Casey to stay outside while she delivers the cookies to him.
So after a bit of walking later, she finally enters her twin brother’s room, to see that he is still pretty much sad about the operation.
She doesn’t like seeing her twin being sad so she decides to sit next to him.
“Hey caleb, how are you feeling?” Cassidy asked her twin brother.
“I’m fine. Just a bit sad since I might not make it back home in time to celebrate Christmas with you and our family.” Caleb replied.
“Here, this might make you feel better.” Cassidy said as she gives Caleb a pink box.
He opens it to see that inside of the pink box, are Christmas cookies. And this causes him to smile a little bit.
“You and Synth actually made Christmas cookies on your own? Caleb asked.
“Yeah, but I did get help from our friends. But yeah, I hope you enjoy them bro.” Cassidy replied.
So Caleb pulls a cookie out of the box and takes a bite out of it. And it turns out that it tastes really good and sweet.
“Mmm, mmm. This is like the best cookies I have ever eaten sis.” Caleb said in excitement.
“Yeah, plus we even added in these red and green M&M to make the cookies more Christmas themed.” Cassidy said to him.
“I see. But most importantly, thanks Cassidy. This actually makes me feel better about the operation.” Caleb said to her.
“Your welcome Caleb. And Merry Christmas even though its not Christmas yet until tomorrow.” Cassidy said to her twin brother.
And so just like that the Weatherman Twins give each other a hug.
Which was perfect especially to Cassidy.
Who would do anything to cheer up her friends and Family.
But especially her Twin Brother Caleb.
