That Red Hair Girl...

Summary:

Hi reader.

Welcome to this fanfic. I don't know how this is going to come out. I don't know what specific themes we'll touch on. But I can safely assure you we're gonna be going through a roller coaster of dark and "very heavy on the emotions" themes. You might want to take a moment for yourself if you see something that either relates to you personally and it hits hard but also you may want skip some themes. I will try and give you some warning so you know what to expect.

I also want to let you know that there won't be a heavy focus on Tartarus. It will instead focus more purely on the social side of things and touch on themes that I relate heavily to the characters here. If you know me well as a person... you'll know that what I write in here is an expression of how I felt as I write their stories.

Some pointers on how to read it.

If you see a quote box, we are in a characters POV. Directly in their head. I'll describe what they're feeling, italics will be used if they're saying something in their head.

You probably came from Twitter. Comments go there. Please give me time to find my writing rhythm. I can't promise you a schedule.

Thanks.

Max

Chapter Text

Yukari's head

Sweats, shaking, heavy breathing, eyes drying up from staring between something. Loud sounds of water flowing down the sink. Something cold, metallic, pistol shaped object pointing right at my forehead. It's heavy... and it's getting heavier the longer I hold it. I can't pull the trigger. Why am I so afraid? Senpai made it look so easy, why can't I fucking do it?!

My hand gives way. Tears flow down my cheeks as I bury my head in my legs. I can't... I'm so useless...

Bathroom

Metal sounds go off from the cold tiles. Yukari's Evoker hit the ground. Her fear, consuming any and all ability to carry it out. Her will locked away still. Eventually, she puts her hands onto the cold tiles, struggling with her knees looking like they're about to give in, she slowly uprights herself, grabs the evoker with her sweaty right hand, turns the tap counter-clockwise with the equally sweat drenched left hand. The mini waterfall stops to exist as she looks directly in the mirror, she wipes the tears away with her pink, soft sweater. Her sad, fearful look reflecting back from a dusty mirror. She slowly looks down at the evoker in her hand as she moves her arm down to position it back into the holster. It fits so well that once the lock strap is popped back on it refuses to move.

She turns to the door on her left, and she slowly walks towards it.
