Chapter 2: The PPT2 x JSAB AU

Notes:

A note in regards to a handful of doodles on the whiteboard/silly

Update 5-17-25: After seeing Ao3's TOS thing, I've decided to put something small here instead of just text so that it isn't seen as an "advertisement fic" with more talking than story.

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Knight Helmet had always been more of a "red" person. He'd been that way for a while.

So when he woke up one day entirely blue, well...it freaked him out a little.

What was even stranger was that anything that was red around him...hurt to touch?

But hey, at least he could fly around freely amongst a vast black void, so that was a plus.

There were also these strange little triangles that seemed to take him different places if he touched them.

'Maybe,' he thought. 'Maybe one of them just might be my key to getting out of here.'

Notes:

Its_Beezy started putting Knight Helmet into games they played on the Whiteboard, and one of these crossovers was with "Just Shapes And Beats". This soon spiraled into a MASSIVE collection of doodles that was almost as large as the Whiteboard itself, and though I would love to make a whole story on this...I don't have the motivation to for now. So have this instead!

idk if I’ll make another Whiteboard soon (to allow for breaks between whiteboards and prevent burnout) but if the current Whiteboard lags a lot it’s probably because Beezy and I hyperfixated on a topic too much sorry teehee

Chapter 3: Knight Helmet encounters an Eyeball

Notes:

Its_Beezy came up with a few AUs on the whiteboard so I’ll have a few fics to write teehee

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

“This game is easy…”

Knight Helmet didn’t know how he’d dropped into this weird world in the first place, but life was going pretty well! There were plenty of resources to gather, easy monsters to fight, and a beautiful landscape full of new sights to see! The background ambience was a wondrous melody that was pleasing to hear, and even when night fell, the music remained ever so delightful.

Speaking of night time, it had just fallen upon the world for the day. Knight Helmet had spent the morning gathering ores and making himself some better armor, finding some life crystals along the way. He believed he was well-suited to handle another day by now, though he admittedly wasn’t quite sure what he could target next. As he headed back to his house to drop his things off, he sighed happily, reaching out for the doorknob…

You feel an evil presence watching you…

Knight Helmet flinched at the sight of the ominous text appearing, retracting his hand from the door.

Nothing like this had happened before! What did it mean, and why was it happening now?!

Knight Helmet cautiously glanced around his surroundings, gripping his sword tightly. He could have sworn he heard the usual background noise fade away, a different tune starting up in its place. As the sound grew louder, Knight Helmet could tell that it was a more chaotic beat than usual. The normal zombies that wandered the land at night didn’t seem bothered though, and the moonlit sky remained as clear as it always had been…so what was wrong?!

And that was when a message flashed in his face once again.

Eye of Cthulhu has awoken!

Knight Helmet barely had any time to respond before noticing the massive eyeball barreling towards him at what must’ve been impossible to achieve speeds.

“WHAT THE HE-”

Notes:

If Its_Beezy gives me permission I’ll put up the whiteboard image in the fic lol

Chapter Text

"Well. We have him now, I guess."

Chainsaw and Knight Helmet were currently staring at a bug-ified Ace, contained inside a jar. He was looking around, confused at his new surroundings, while the other two pondered on what to do with him.

"Should we tell Gold Ingot about this?" Knight Helmet asked.

"I dunno if it's worth the energy," Chainsaw replied with a shrug. "I mean, what's he gonna do, send Ace to the Dark Pit Of Despair where he can just crawl out again if he wanted to?"

"True, true..." Knight Helmet said, shortly before perking up. "Oh, I know! We could send him to court for bothering us!"

"I...don't think that's how court works," Chainsaw muttered. "Look, let's just take him with us for now, and we'll figure out what to do later. I'm kind of hungry."

"Oh, alright then!" Knight Helmet replied, shortly before following Chainsaw as he made his way back towards the way the two had first come from.

Ace simply watched from inside, remaining silent the entire time.

"By the way, what do you think he eats?" Knight Helmet asked.

"Dunno, why?" Chainsaw scoffed. "Maybe he's magic and doesn't need to eat food at all."

"Perhaps he consumes salt," Knight Helmet replied. "I know Gold Ingot put some somewhere in his office, so once we get our food, we can give our little companion here some!"

"I don't think that's-"

-----

"The correct...choice...?"

Chainsaw and Knight Helmet were now staring at a bug Ace, outside of his jar, with a rather large pile of salt in front of him. The small card creature looked rather perplexed, if not concerned at his situation, though he hadn't bothered to flee from it either. Chainsaw was currently situated with a burger, while Knight Helmet had a small cup of fruit next to him.

"Go on, eat up you silly little bug you!" Knight Helmet said with a wide smile across his face.

"Knight Helmet, where did you hear that bugs ate salt?" Chainsaw asked.

"I don't know, I don't remember!" Knight Helmet replied confidently. "But I thought it was worth giving a shot!"

"Well...it doesn't look like it's working," Chainsaw said.

"Awww. Ace, what's wrong?" Knight Helmet asked Ace, getting down to eye level with him. "You haven't touched your mound of salt!!"

"Do you think he's a carnivore, maybe?" Chainsaw offered, shortly before slowly sliding over his burger towards Ace. "Heh, look how small he is in comparison."

Indeed, Bug Ace was almost as tall as, if not shorter than the burger itself.

"Amusing, I agree," Knight Helmet said with a chuckle. "But...will he eat it, is the question?"

Bug Ace looked up at the burger, which already had a bite taken out of it. It looked tasty, but...at the same time...also kind of intimidating at this size.

"He's not eating that either. Huh," Chainsaw muttered.

"Perhaps we need to give him something we haven't already eaten!" Knight Helmet suggested, shortly before grabbing a piece of fruit from his cup. "Here, have a grape!"

The two objects watched as Bug Ace held out his tiny arms to recieve the grape, then looked down at it as it was handed to him. It didn't take long before he then started munching on it, much to Knight Helmet's glee and Chainsaw's relief.

"Well. It seems we have our answer."

-----

The trio didn't know how long it took for them to finish their food, but they weren't counting. Ace surprisingly had not left the other two the entire time, despite both of them occasionally glancing at the jar in anticipation. It didn't take long for Chainsaw and Knight Helmet to resume where they had last left off, however.

THUNK!

Just like that, the jar had gone back over Ace's form, with the lid being screwed on after.

"Come on, Knight Helmet," Chainsaw said. "Let's see what else there is to do about this little critter."

"Okie dokie!"

Ace watched as Chainsaw and Knight Helmet got up and continued their walk, baffled at the sheer stupidity of the two.

Of course, he could always just teleport out of the jar, he was surprised that they hadn't mentioned that fact before.

But...

A part of him wanted to see what the two idiots would come up with next.

So he remained in the jar, doing nothing but observing.

Notes:

I like the idea of rhyming titles for each segment of the AU lol

Chapter 5: Chainshark Has A Thought

Notes:

Its_Beezy was the one who drew the design, but I just came up with some random AU idea for it afterwards lol

Also mild inspiration from CiderAmese, since he made a bunch of weapon objects on Twitter!!

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Chainsaw wasn't the only one of his kind.

Aquatools, or "Aquatic tools" as some liked to call it, were a species of object that lived in the water. Though the typical tool object wouldn't normally live in such a place, these objects had somehow managed to come into existence anyway and had continued to thrive ever since. Such "objects" often included things like Swordfish, Spearfish, Sailfish, Pipefish, Hammerhead sharks, and Sawfish or Saw sharks, like himself. They were strong, powerful swimmers that were capable of using themselves without interference from the water...and frankly, Chainsaw couldn't have asked for any better circumstances.

But lately, life had gotten quite boring for his taste. It just seemed to loop around over and over, with the same thing happening each day. Wake up, go terrorize some fish before eating them, swim around, maybe hunt down more fish, find something cool on a rare occasion, bully a kid, eat fish again, and then head back home to go to sleep. It never really ended, and Chainsaw was sick of it. The real problem was that he just didn't know how to get out of it.

Now, from what he'd remembered before, his clan or tribe (he hadn't been paying attention) had absolutely forbade their kind from confronting "land objects", unless they absolutely had to for whatever reason. Chainsaw had obeyed this rule for the longest time, primarily because he saw no reason to break it anyway...but now he supposed attempting to break it wouldn't be such a bad thing to try. Hardly anyone was around at the moment, so Chainsaw carefully made his way out of the cave he'd been sitting in and swam up to the ocean's surface. He winced as he was met with the light of the sun, despite the fact that it was currently setting into the pink-tinted sky. Almost immediately after however, he was able to spot the shore of an island in the distance.

Wasting no time, Chainsaw swam over as fast as he could. He hoped nobody else spotted him as his tail swished through the water effortlessly, he'd hate to get tugged down below just moments before he could do any actual inspecting. But as he neared the sandy shores of the land, he stopped several feet away. His eyes narrowed and his breath quickened, as he noticed something new about the scene before him...

There was an object walking along the shore.

A land object.

Chainsaw blinked, trying to make sure the sun wasn't making him hallucinate. A real, actual, living, breathing land object? They looked so odd without any fins, but...he supposed a lack of water meant there was less of a need to swim. A part of him wanted to get closer, to investigate this object more. Maybe he could terrorize them like he did with the fish, see how they reacted. A good old fight would change up how he usually lived his life, he suspposed.

But a part of him held back. He considered the possibility of a war starting between sea and land, the others would probably keep him in prison for life. He'd rather live a boring, repetitive life than hardly have anything to do at all, and going through with his current plan would likely jepoardize his living situation. He could swim back now, and maybe try again some other time. He could forget that this all happened, even.

Oh, but the risk! The reward! The change that could happen!

Chainsaw remained where he was, head poked out of the water as he watched the other object from afar...

And then, without another thought, Chainsaw swam closer.

Notes:

This isn't the first Chainshark thing I've seen before since "PlassticDragon" on Twitter has some designs (and I also have an AU for him), but a new addition to the AU pile is always welcome!!

Notes:

This was something I doodled based on some stuff Its_Beezy did I think lol

It's short, but hey. It's something

Chapter Text

“Knight Helmet?”

“Yeah?”

“Would you still love me if I were a worm?”

There was a pause as Knight Helmet thought, the two objects laying on a grassy hill on a sunny afternoon.

“Sure, why not!”

“Cool lol”

Seconds after Ace had spoken, a bright light filled Knight Helmet’s vision, prompting him to shut his eyes closed.

“Hold out your hands.”

Knight Helmet did as told, holding out his hands while keeping his eyes shut. The light slowly began to fade, and shortly after he felt something land within his palms, though he didn’t hear Ace’s voice anymore. Knight Helmet slowly opened his eyes and looked down at his hands…

Only to find that a singular white worm lay sprawled out across them. Two beady black eyes looked back into his own as he gently brought the creature closer to his face.

“Hehe, nice.”

Chapter Text

Ace didn’t quite know where he was going, but he’d found himself in a hall full of doors, running away from a strange, blue-colored monstrosity. Brick? Pan? Nowhere to be found. But he didn’t have time to run back and try to get them either. He couldn’t teleport, he didn’t know the place well enough. With the sounds of the creature approaching, Ace quickly glanced around the room for anything he could use.

Of course, he could always hide in one of these rooms. But what were the chances it was actually safe and didn’t contain another monster, or worse? Ace cautiously approached a door with his one bag in hand, gripping it tightly. It was now or never, he supposed.

With a quick jerk of his hand and tug of his arm, Ace yanked the door open, bolted inside, and shut it behind him. He then sunk to the floor, letting out a massive exhale from the maneuver. Everything was fine, and now all he had to worry about was-

“Ace?!”

Ace jolted at the sound of another voice, looking up immediately to see who was speaking…

“Gamebot Berry?! What are you doing here?” Ace asked.

“What does it look like?!” Gamebot Berry exclaimed. “I could ask you the same thing!”

“Well, I was being chased by a weird blue thing,” Ace sighed. “Dunno about you.”

“Oh yeah, that…” Gamebot Berry replied. “I uh…don’t actually remember, if I’m being honest. Also, my team left me.”

“Same, I-wait, what?”

“I dunno, I guess I might’ve gotten split from my team while wandering around?” Gamebot Berry explained. “It’s okay though, I’ve just been charging my 3DS and playing games while I wait for them to find me.”

Ace squinted through the darkness, and sure enough, Gamebot Berry had a 3DS with him. It had a cord attached to it as well, which went all the way to an outlet in the wall.

“I see…” Ace muttered. “Well…is it okay if I wait here for a bit? I don’t want to deal with that blue thing up close and personal…”

“Oh yeah, sure thing!”

So Ace got up and moved closer to Gamebot, hoping that the blue monster wouldn’t burst through the door at any moment. He looked over in time to see Gamebot glancing down at his 3DS, shortly before looking back up at him. Gamebot Berry didn’t object to what Ace was doing however, and the two sat in silence together, backs against the wall of the dark room. A few minutes passed with nothing happening and neither of the two talking. Ace hoped he wasn’t bothering Gamebot, and considering the fact that the monster had probably left the area by now, a part of him wanted to just get up and leave as well.

But…being with another object felt…nice, in a way?

They weren’t on the same team, but Ace didn’t know how to describe it. The idea of running into someone else hiding while waiting for danger to pass by…and then spending time with them as you both waited together…it just felt different. It wasn’t like walking around with your usual teammates, there was a certain level of…“respect”, Ace believed it was. They’d likely never speak of this event again, so Ace was free to just sit and chill for the time being…

…Maybe he could stay here a little longer than he intended to.

Chapter Text

Malachite.

Malachite.

No matter how hard he tried, he just couldn’t shake that name from his head. Ever since he remembered becoming the god of the ocean and the water, Rainsaw had gotten that name stuck in the back of his mind. He didn’t fully remember who the guy was, or why he was so important, but he knew what he looked like. The small, green rock would occasionally stand on the shores of his beaches and watch him, or try to converse with him and convince him to “come back to the others” or something like that. It was honestly really stupid.

Sailing on a ship in a bottle, anchor all your thoughts to the bottom…

Rainsaw didn’t even know who “the others” were, and why “going back” was so important! He had an ocean to guard, and he was going to guard it. Forever. He wouldn’t budge unless he decided to, and even then, it wasn’t a promise to Malachite (or the others) of any kind. They really needed to learn some respect, anyway. He could’ve washed them all away with a wave of his hand if he wanted to. He could have watched them suffer.

Pulling ropes and pulling your head back, to see what is breaking the foremast…

But no, he had better things to do than that. Rainsaw flicked his tail as he looked up at the clouded skies, head poking out from the ocean’s waves. It was usually cloudy whenever he was around, and if he tried enough he could summon a rainstorm. But what was the point of doing that when there were no ships to sink? No adventurers to mess with, no objects that could get ruined by the rain to bother?

You set sail alone, there is no crew. No one on the deck who can help you…

Oh well, he supposed. Maybe “Malachite” would stop by again later today, and try to talk him into “going back” or “hanging out”. Maybe “Malachite” would get his hopes up, and he, as the god of water, would get to toy with the small green rock some more before leaving him disappointed on those sandy shores again. Rainsaw grinned at the thought, though he felt a part of him start to tire from the repetitiveness of such events. After all, he’d gotten himself into this mess in the first place…

This is all your own battle to win.

But it wasn’t like he regretted it.

This is your ship, and you are the captain.

Chapter Text

Clank.

Clank.

The sounds of metal against a solid surface echoed through the dark, barely lit tunnels. There were no signs of any living entity within this area…or at least, that was how it seemed. Mechanical limbs twisting and turning, a single arm sparking with a golden-yellow energy, one wouldn’t even know what they were looking at until it was too late. Card-shaped with a tear down it, a yellow gemstone replacing his eye, the entity itself could probably have been considered a freak of nature.

He’d been down here far too long.

The last name he remembered hearing was “Ace”, but at this point he didn’t even know if that was who he was anymore. He didn’t remember how he got down here, and he didn’t exactly remember what it was he was supposed to be doing. But he’d kept himself occupied in the meantime with his own little “projects”. Messing around with technology and whatever else he could find on his trips throughout the facility.

He’d been experimenting, to say the least.

But he had to admit, it got a bit lonely down here sometimes. He barely got to see any new faces, heck, he hadn’t even seen what the outside world looked like. He wasn’t keeping track of time, he only rested when he felt like it. He couldn’t even remember the last time he’d eaten something.

Perhaps it was time for things to change.

Chapter Text

"So you're telling me I have to beat two overprotective girls, some guys in between, and a guy stuck in a videogame to get permission to date you?"

Honestly, Ace could hardly believe that those were even words that came out of his mouth.

Then again, he'd said crazier.

"Yeah, pretty much," Knight Helmet replied with a smile. "But you can do it! I believe in you!!"

"Uh huh..." Ace muttered. "Who even came up with this rule anyway?"

"Beats me," Knight Helmet replied with a shrug. "Even if I wanted to change them myself, I dunno where I'd start!"

"How about the guy stuck in the game?" Ace huffed. "Do I even wanna know what's going on with that?"

"Who, Chainsaw?" Knight Helmet asked. "Honestly, it's probably better he got stuck in that silly old game. As cute as he was, he was a real jerk at times..."

Ace blinked again.

He was surprised this wasn't a dream.

"Riiiight....okay then," Ace said. "So...onto those girls, then?"

"Yup!" Knight Helmet replied cheerfully. "Their place should be just down this street and a few blocks away!"

Ace sighed as Knight Helmet gently took his hand and started walking. The sky was a reddish purple, and the sounds of cars driving by could be heard in the distance. Ace did his best not to think too hard about the situation he'd been put in, but his expression must've given away how he felt since it didn't take long for Knight Helmet to speak to him again.

"Hey, cheer up! Maybe you don't have to beat some of them," he said. "Plasma Ball and Caramel Cube are really nice! I'm sure they'll understand!"

"Well..." Ace muttered.

"Only one way to find out."

Notes:

From what I saw, soriah_soriah didn't come up with anyone to be Skid and Pump or Pico (though Globe and Journal were mentioned), so I left them out.

Chapter 11: Rainsaw meets Bug Ace

Notes:

BAHC AU belongs to walkingconfusion
Rainsaw AU belongs to me

Chapter Text

Rainsaw didn't know what he was staring at.

It was such a small creature, and yet the aura it gave off was...definitely unlike anything he had felt before. It had just shown up on the shores of his beaches without any explanation at some point, and remained there since. Rainsaw didn't know who exactly they were, but the word "Ace" seemed to echo in his head as he'd approached them that day...he didn't know who that was, either.

"What the heck are you supposed to be?"

The creature just looked up and smiled, its beady little eyes staring back into Rainsaw's dark, ominous ones. It made no noise or gesture whatsoever, only a face that one could describe as "something that challenged a god without fear". Rainsaw didn't really like it, but...it wasn't doing anything to him back at least. He doubted it had enough power to challenge a water god such as himself, anyway.

"Do you...want to say something, at least?"

The creature took a step closer towards Rainsaw, causing him to flinch. He watched as it made its way closer towards his legs, shortly before reaching out with one of its four arms.

"Ohhh no you don't!"

Chainsaw leapt back towards the waves that splashed against the shore, his legs turning into water before the small bug creature could lay a finger on them.

"No touch!!" he shouted angrily, though the other object didn't seemed phased at all.

It simply remained where it stood, lowering its hand back down to its side without a word. With a wink and a smile, the small entity then waved at Rainsaw with two of its four arms before disappearing into thin air.

Rainsaw sat in silence pondering his life choices for a few seconds before shaking his head and turning around to head back into the ocean.

"Well that was weird."

Chapter 12: Ace And His Pet Dragon (Collab!)

Notes:

Literally only Rosendorntheinsane and 1 other person worked on this collab (via doodles on the whiteboard), but that’s okay because it makes it easier on me lol. Shorter story to write!

Chapter Text

Once upon a time, there was a silly little magician named Ace…who had a baby dragon for a pet!

Sometimes it would try and nibble on him, but it would never truly to any real harm. Ace frankly didn’t mind, despite the fact that he couldn’t quite remember where he’d gotten this pet from. The thing had just shown up at his doorstep one day and that was that. It wouldn’t leave him alone no matter what he did with it, and it never seemed to behave in a hostile manner towards him.

As a user of magic himself, Ace wasn’t all that bothered by a dragon. He’d seen crazier before, the only troubles he had with it were figuring out what it liked and disliked. Ace doubted dragons ate objects like himself, especially when most of their body consisted of a non-edible material. It was almost like taking care of a giant, overgrown lizard, if anything.

But of course, weird things would still happen on occasion. One particular night, he’d even had a dream that his pet devoured him whole, sending him spiraling down a deep pit of darkness. But he woke up shortly after, immediately realizing none of it was real, so all was good. He never had that dream often, only once in a blue moon or so.

Perhaps there were other magics at play that were far out of his control. Perhaps the god of the world just wanted to see how he lived his life with different circumstances. Either way, there wasn’t much Ace could do about it…but it wasn’t like he minded.

After all, it was always nice to have a bit of change for once.

Chapter 13: Knight Helmet Explores The Seas!

Notes:

Its_Beezy crossed over PPT2 with (or really, just put Knight Helmet in) Subnautica, so I wrote about it!!

Chapter Text

He’d woken up on a crashed ship, surrounded by nothing but ocean.

Knight Helmet wasn’t even sure if there was a way back to…wherever he came from, but if anything, it would probably involve fixing the ship first. It was a good thing he’d gotten polished with some waterproof wax beforehand! Not to mention he still had his sword with him, so he could fight off whatever came his way if he needed to. In addition, checking out his surroundings allowed him to find some diving equipment, so he put it on without further hesitation.

But first…what was even in the surrounding area? Knight Helmet slowly poked his head underwater, and almost immediately noticed how shallow the water was. Strange alien fish swam around strange alien plants, and as one neared him, he quickly made a jab at it with his sword. Unfortunately he was too slow, and the fish got away…but the place looked perfectly safe to swim in! So without further hesitation, Knight Helmet hopped into the water and swam around.

There were so many bright colors, and absolutely nothing that looked like it could (or wanted to, for that matter) hurt him. He could even grab fish with his bare hands, if he was quick enough! That felt amazing, and after only a few minutes, Knight Helmet felt as though he’d fallen into a pattern. He’d swim around, surface occasionally for an oxygen refill, and then go back to exploring the waters. This was actually a lot more fun than he’d thought it’d be!

Despite everything, however…

Knight Helmet had a feeling that there would be more to this than he first thought.

Chapter 14: A Strange, Aquatic Encounter

Notes:

Part of a silly collaboration image I did with Its_Beezy!!

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Knight Helmet didn’t remember seeing this part of the ocean before.

But as he swam through it, he supposed no harm would come if he were to simply do a quick dip in and dip out. It was an interesting place, after all. Shipwrecks littered the sandy floors, and there were a lot less plants here than he thought there would be. It seemed to get a bit darker too, though shapes were still noticeable against the color of the water.

“Oh, what a scene!” Knight Helmet exclaimed to himself. “If this place hasn’t been discovered yet, I’ll be sure to be the first to document on it! Er…later, that is.”

The more Knight Helmet swam through, the more he started to notice how abandoned it seemed. He could have sworn he saw a Peeper or two swim by, but then again it was too dark to tell. He kept his eyes peeled, briefly considering turning back to swim away before something sped towards him from out of nowhere.

And that was when he saw it.

It was almost Leviathan-sized, with fins on its back and a long, serpent-like body. He’d only seen it for a second, yet it had kept him from swimming any further. Knight Helmet remained where he was, hoping the entity would return so he could get a closer look at it. Oh, if only he could shout properly in the water…

But then it appeared again.

Swimming in-between shipwrecks, the creature slowed its pace until it eventually came to a stop. Knight Helmet noticed that it seemed to pause, as if staring back at him, before slowly making its way over. He squinted as it drew near, noticing that its head seemed to be made out of some kind of magical, cyan-colored, water-like substance. The closer he looked at it however, the more he started to notice how familiar it looked. The ripples on its head were similar to that of a saw blade, its sharp teeth flashed as it paused in front of him, and those dark, ominous eyes…

Why, it nearly reminded him of-

“What the?!” Rainsaw exclaimed. “What the heck are you?!”

At first, Knight Helmet flinched at the sudden exclamation. A part of him wanted to greet the other object normally, but a different part of him held back. Knight Helmet eventually decided to simply smile back and respond with:

“A bug :] ”

“Omg, you have a contestant who got ahold of a magical power and is now using it for evil instead of good too??”

“Eh…maybe not “evil”, but…I dunno about good either, so I guess it depends.”

Anyone staring at the two Malachites talking could have sworn they were seeing incorrectly…but then again, maybe the two objects didn’t want to be seen. Hiding away in an alley, both gemstones had been conversing about each other’s universes for quite some time.

“Still! You want them back to normal, right?” one Malachite asked.

He wore a camera of sorts around his neck, as if he were investigating a crime scene.

“Yeah, having him back would be kinda nice…I think his memory got wiped, though,” the other Malachite replied.

He had a simple necklace around him, with a moon-shaped gem attached to it.

“Eh, at least he isn’t some corporate-evil dude with wings that’s currently blackmailing Globe into doing his bidding while making a fortune off of other people’s suffering.”

“How…wh…you said this was Ace, right?”

“Yup.”

“Dang. And I thought Rainsaw was crazy…”

“What.”

“Well…actually, he mostly keeps to himself except for once in a non-literal blue moon when he decides to cause trouble for no reason.”

“Yeah uh maybe it’d be better if he didn’t do that?”

“I dunno, Chainsaw was kinda a jerk in his normal state…but then again, you didn’t see what it was like when he-”

“Okay, okay, I get it,” camera Malachite sighed.

“Oh.”

“Whatever the case is though, it still sounds like you’re having a rough time. So…”

The camera Malachite then held out their hand to the other, a small smile across their face.

“You wanna team up, or what?”

The moon necklace Malachite seemed to ponder for a moment, shortly before smiling back and gently taking the hand of the other Malachite, shaking it firmly.

“Sure, why not.”

Chapter 16: Ace And GBB Play Minecraft (Sort Of…)

Notes:

Once again, a doodle done by Its_Beezy!!

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

It wasn’t every day that Ace got to play a videogame with Gamebot Berry.

What with him constantly teleporting different places, and GBB focusing on different games, the two almost never got to interact with each other. That was why, when the two had gotten lucky enough to meet, Ace had made the offer to try and play a game with Gamebot. Said nonbinary object had agreed, and that brought them to the current day. Both were situated in a room with enough wifi (thanks to Ace teleporting around to find one), as well as working headphones with microphones attached.

The game of choice was Minecraft, something both players had some knowledge on. Gamebot Berry also mentioned that a friend of his, “Headset”, might join in at a later time. Ace was fine with this, and logged in to join the world that Gamebot Berry had set up. As soon as the world loaded, Ace had a look around. It was a nice start, plenty of trees, an open grassy field with a pond nearby, and even a few animals wandering around.

“Isn’t this great?” Ace asked. “A brand new Minecraft wor-”

Ace was suddenly caught off guard by a surge of text that appeared all at once, each one listing a different thing. In a confused panic, Ace tried to read them all, but they started fading away before he could get a good look. Instead, he focused on the most recent text at the bottom of everything…

Gamebot Berry has made the advancement [Free The End]

Ace stared at the text, eyes wide, for what felt like several minutes. He didn’t move his head until he heard the sound of grass being stepped on, which was then when he looked up…just in time to see Gamebot Berry heading over towards him with a Netherite helmet and sword.

Ace’s hands flew to his head as he dropped to his knees and shrieked.

“WHAT-”

Notes:

The “Headset” object mentioned in this short IS the one from EE/EEE, if anyone was curious!

Chapter 17: PPT2 x Raft Crossover!!

Notes:

Its_Beezy mentioned they liked the game Raft, but did no doodles on it...so I came up with something myself lol

Chapter Text

Knight Helmet once again, did not remember how he got here.

He woke up one day on a small group of floating planks, and…that was it. No other civilization or living beings in sight.

“Hey Knight Helmet!!”

Oh, and Malachite was here also.

But other than that, a vast ocean filled with all sorts of junk surrounded him. Occasionally a piece would float by just close enough for him to reach out and grab it, but even then, what was he to do with it? Malachite had been collecting scraps also, having been stationed on a raft a few feet away. An occasional shark would swim by, prompting Knight Helmet to whip out his sword and point at it until it was gone. If it weren’t for so many unknown factors, Knight Helmet would honestly admit that this place was rather peaceful.

Eventually him and Malachite were able to figure out the basics, expanding their rafts by connecting them with more foundations. They hadn’t approached any islands yet, but they could only hope that they’d find something sooner or later.

“Hey KH, how are you holding up?”

“Fine, you?”

“Same! I just uh...don’t really know where exactly we’re supposed to be headed right now,” Malachite replied.

“Fear not, dear Malachite! We’ll build one of the most glorious ships you’ve ever seen, and sail back to Canada without a problem in no time!” Knight Helmet exclaimed. “Just you wait and see!”

“If you say so,” Malachite replied. “Also, I think we have company.”

“Eh?”

Knight Helmet looked over just in time to see a shape emerging from the water nearby, a single pillar of water morphing into a saw blade shape while a finned, striped body followed after it. It didn’t take long for the entity to fully form, after which Knight Helmet and Malachite were greeted with a somewhat familiar face.

One look was all it took for Rainsaw to realize the situation he’d been put into.

“Not you again!

Chapter 18: Knight Helmet and the Slime Rancher experience

Notes:

Its_Beezy once again came up with the idea lol

Chapter Text

Knight Helmet wasn’t sure what to expect when he’d been dropped into a colorful world with a strange device, but it didn’t take him long to figure out what he was supposed to do with it.

The place was filled with bouncy little slime creatures wherever he walked, and for whatever reason Knight Helmet couldn’t bring himself to slice them into pieces with his sword. He’d been given some kind of cage with several machines around the area, so naturally he had to experiment to see what they would do. The cages could hold the slimes he caught, and he could feed them with some weird, chicken-like things that wandered around. The slimes would then drop strange crystals that he could fire into a machine to get money. It seemed like a simple enough process.

---

In no time at all, Knight Helmet had picked up the pace.

More pens, more slimes, more money. It was as simple as that. He’d obtained a singular Tabby slime he named Fernando, and kept them separate from the rest of the slimes. He made sure to pat the head of at least one slime every time he passed by the pens to feed them or collect plorts. All was good, and he’d had no trouble dealing with those weird black slimes.

It was then however, that Knight Helmet began to notice some strange, new slimes around his ranch that he’d never noticed before. A slime resembling a rock slime, but a lighter blue color with metallic spikes sticking out of its head. A purple and white slime with a rhombus-like diamond patterned across its face. There had to be at least 7 new slimes if he had to count. Even crazier, they all seemed to remind him of the other contestants back in Canada…

Was this…supposed to happen??

Chapter 19: Ay ay ay (Drabble)

Summary:

im ur littl buterfly!1!1

Notes:

This was originally just a page asking if people wanted another whiteboard, but I added a little drabble to it. Just decided to go with a "Butterfly Ace" prompt since I didn't know what else to put.

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

"Hey Chainsaw, you're not gonna believe this!"

"Ugh, what is it now, Knight Helmet?" Chainsaw asked.

"I caught a little butterfly in a net! Look here!" Knight Helmet exclaimed excitedly.

Chainsaw rolled his eyes before looking over at the shorter object, peering down at the net he was holding out.

There, sitting inside of the net, was a small card object, butterfly wings protruding from its backside. It looked up at Chainsaw with a confused expression before smiling and waving at him. Chainaw could only reel back in disgust at the creature, eyes narrowing.

"You've got to be kidding me."

Notes:

After seeing people go real crazy on the previous one, do people want a 3rd whiteboard?? Or should I wait?

Also some silly notes:

- I was originally going to include Its_Beezy’s butterfly Ace design in as an AU of sorts, but I didn’t get any good ideas and thus ditched it (this thing used to have 20 chapters for anyone that was paying close attention to it earlier)

- I wanted to use soriah_soriah’s Pirate AU, or mention one of the other things they did on the Whiteboard, but I didn’t know how fleshed out those AUs were already, and didn’t want to mess up anything that was already established 😅

- I didn’t include a certain Antagonist Ace comic thing Its_Beezy made because I didn’t really have any ideas for it 😔

- Ngl there were quite a few handfuls of doodles others did that I wanted to mention/make into a short, but didn’t because I didn’t know how

~~~
Also RIP a separate dead whiteboard for PPT2 Superhero AU doodles, it will forever be missed
